My mother Rajkumari devi uhid 421241. Patient of Dr Sahil kapoor. I must say Dr Sahil is best Medicine doctor . He treatd my mother like his mother. My mother was suffering from many problems. Very Poor Parking Facilities – A Major Concern for Patients
While the hospital's medical services are generally satisfactory, the parking situation is absolutely unacceptable. There is extremely limited parking space, and what little is available is often full or poorly managed. Patients and their families are forced to park far away and walk long distances, which is incredibly difficult—especially for the elderly, pregnant women, and those with mobility issues.
In many cases, people end up circling the area for 20–25 minutes just to find a spot. Some even miss their appointments because of this. A hospital should prioritize accessibility and convenience, especially during emergencies.
To make matters worse, the parking staff is quite rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting or guiding patients properly, they often respond harshly and without empathy. This only adds to the frustration during an already stressful time.
I sincerely hope the hospital administration takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the parking facilities and the behavior of their staff. It’s high time they consider the needs of their patients beyond just medical care.
