The TPA department is extremely small and congested, with barely any space to stand or sit. For such a large and reputed hospital, the TPA office is surprisingly inadequate. The staff appear overburdened and are trying their best, but the lack of space and seating makes the entire process uncomfortable for patients and attendants—especially since TPA procedures can take quite some time.
It is strongly recommended that the hospital either expands the TPA office or at least provides sufficient chairs to accommodate those waiting. A better setup would not only ease the burden on the employees but also improve the overall experience for patients.
