It's really horrible nurses r talking they r the owners of hospital not allowing to see file of patients then what is the rights of patients why we r signing for consent of patient, only they want money not the patient health billing for all things which r not used if we ask they telling will be reduced in final bill, y they doesn't want immediately and keep on asking advance amount. Anything we asking they telling go basement and talk to management

Treatment is good but anticipating that as per this hospital policy who eve visits for consultation they advice basic tests that costs rs. 8K+ and you should be ready with it for those lab tests whether it is serious or not whatever it is and they even don't consider outside lab reports even if it is NABL accredited.
So Better we should also doubt on our NABL and other laboratory approvers in this land.
Not only this hospital but most of the Brand claiming hospitals.
Service becomes Business these days.

Consulting and treatments are good.But to get medicines , vaccines from the pharmacy it's a nightmare here.. doctors prescribed the vaccine here but that vaccine s not available and for that change in prescription from doctor and get it from pharmacy these ppl literally Making me to wait for 2 hrs 😀.. that too more common medicine is not available in a pharmacy from a reputed hospital.. so Zero star for the Customer service from pharmacy here

The hospital is very good. The way the doctors explain things is very good. The way the nurses greet you and the way they take care of you is very good. But the way some security guards behave is not good. There is a bit of a language problem.

But the vascular department dr Sourabh roy sir given assurance regarding to the surgery and Luke save the leg of my father while he was in bad health condition... thank u Sourabh sir 🙏
And also all team from surgery and vascular team all staff nurse and sister and brother they given excellent care .also catheter lab also care nicely.

It was a horrific experience. I went to see a gynecologist last month and met the doctor. This month I wanted to meet another gynecologist not the previous one. I booked the appointment and paid the consultation fee and reached there on time. The receptionist told me to wait for 30-40 mins as they have gone for lunch. After sometime one of the receptionist came and asked why did I want to switch the doctor? I told her my reason and she said to wait. After 20 mins another receptionist came and charged me like why you wanted to switch the doctor? I was not happy the way she asked , the tone, the attitude and she was charging me as if I have done a crime. I asked is there any policy or have I given you any undertaking that I can't switch the doctor in the same hospital? She didn't have any answer just made the face. Then she started if the new doctor said yes, then only we can allow you. Then she said the jr doctor is checking your profile, then we will get the confirmation from the doctor whether she will see you or not. I had waited there for almost 50 mins just to watch their nonsense drama. My question do you have any policy in the hospital that patient can't switch the doctor? Then why the hell you allowed me to book the appointment with the new doctor. Legally no hospital can restrict any patient to change the doctor within same hospital for whatever's reason it may be. This kind of behaviour and attitudes were not expected from anyone in such a hospital. Finally I was so stressed that I cancelled my booking and returned back without any consultation after wasting 1 hr just to listen these people's nonsense speecg.This is such a scam as a patient if I am paying a hefty amount as a consultation fee, who is the hospital to put the restriction on the doctor I choose. If this matter goes legally everyone knows what will be the output.
