We keep coming back to this hospital only because the doctors are exceptional. But some of the staff are unruly and just don’t understand basic communication. Everyone can see the hospital is packed with patients and visitors, most Indians have disgusting manners of sneezing openly or coughing openly; why is the hospital admin not mandating masks if there’s a crowd? Don’t you have the basic sense of airborne diseases can spread like wildfire in such a densely populated place? Please mandate masks within hospital premises. It’s disgusting to have someone sneeze on your face! That is what happened to me today.

Why even have a website if it doesn't work half the time. 404 page errors (page not found)? Worst experience with chat support. Most of the lines are automated. I ask a simple question and they send hospital advertising lines and slogans. Customer Care is negligent. I call to book an appointment, they take down all the details and confirm the appointment by word of mouth. When you ask for a confirmation message, they say we need not worry, it's booked in the system. But it isn't the case. My appointment was not booked despite Calling to book 2 days in advance. In the age of internet and automation, your hospital chain has the worst online booking facilities. The staff is not trained. They have no patience to listen to a customer and are extremely rude. The customer care escalation manager is worse than the customer care executives. He yelled at us for asking why our appointment is not booked.
Coming from a tech background, I'm sure they'll pay for a higher rating. Bots can do the trick of giving fake reviews to get the overall rating to a whopping 4/5 and more. But please read the comments. the number of people who had trouble with the staff. Not the doctors but the staff. Do you even have a code of conduct? Do you train your staff? What is your hiring process? Do you hire based on the level of rudeness aandcarelessness a person can exhibit?
A patient is already suffering and comes to hospitals with the hope of being cured. And such rude and angry encounters with the staff disturbs the patient's mind further.

The hospital took the review seriously and tried to do damage control. Miss Geetanjali and Mr. Balraj took it upon themselves to investigate the issue. They have escalated the website and reviews situation. Hopefully something good comes from this and noone else suffers with appointments in the future. Thank you for taking this seriously.
