Ez volt az első fogászat, ahol elengedtem a fogorvosi kezelésektől való félelmemet, azóta hozzájuk járok. Több orvos kezelt már, szájsebészeti műtétem is volt, mindegyik orvost bátran tudom ajánlani.

Tegnap (2025.07.08.) jártam a Poncz Dental Rendelőben. A gond az, hogy a baloldali hátsó alsó nagy őrlőfogam nagyon fáj napok óta. A doktornő alaposan átnézte a röntgenfelvételt, a CT-t és részletes tájékoztatást adott a fogam és a fogínyem állapotáról. Részletes kezelési tervet állított össze, majd fizikálisan azt tapasztalta, hogy a fájós fogam mozog is. Mivel a fogamban a gyökér nem egyenes, mikroszkópos gyökérkezelésre lenne szükség. A doktornő (dr. Kalmár Zsanett gyökérkezelés-specialista) felvilágosított arról, hogy mielőtt ennek a drága és hosszabb kezelésnek alávetné a fogamat, szedessem le a fogköveket és minden gyulladást is a fogazatomról, a fogínyemről és a fogágyamról, és ha ezeken túl leszek, akkor látja majd, hogy ezt a fogat be lehet-e tömni, vagy sajnos ki kell húzatnom. A recepciós hölgy a megérkezésemtől fogva kimagasló odafigyeléssel, kedvességgel járt el és viszonyult hozzám.
Mindenkinek hálával tartozom és a jövőheti fogászati beavatkozás után újra véleményezni fogom a Rendelőt. Köszönöm dr. Kalmár Zsanett doktornőnek, Mészáros Viviennek, Molnár Juditnak és Poncz Ágnesnek az emberi, segítőkész és áldozatkész hozzáállását! Csak dicsérni tudom valamennyiüket.

Lehúzós hely, senkinek sem ajánlom. Undorító amit megengednek maguknak!
Rengeteg pozitív értékelés van a helyről, viszont ma sajnos megtapasztaltam, hogy mi történik ha negatív értékelést hagyok: telefonon meg lettem fenyegetve jogi lépésékkel.
Még ha a véleményem "sértő" is a Poncz Dental számára sajnálom: számomra az sértő, hogy teljesen figyelmen kívül hagyják a tapasztalataim mint páciens, és perrel fenyegetnek amiért elmondtam a negatív tapasztalataimat.
Itt nem a problémát akarják megoldani, hanem a saját zsebüket tömni akkor is ha a beteg számára szükségtelen kezeléseket kell ehhez javasolni. Menthető fogakat akartak kihúzni, implantálni, és mindennel akartak foglalkozni csak a lényeggel nem, amiért mentem.
Az első benyomásom még nagyon jó volt – gyorsan kaptam időpontot, kedvesek voltak telefonban és személyesen is, a rendelő igényes, minden bizalom keltő volt. Fogorvostól mindig is tartottam, de itt először úgy tűnt, jó kezekbe kerültem. Ezért is esik nehezemre most ezt írni.
A probléma ott kezdődött, hogy nem a konkrétan fájó fogammal akartak foglalkozni először, hanem rögtön egy teljes kezelési tervet készítettek, milliós tételekkel. Több fogamnál szóban javasolták a kihúzást és implantátumot – még azoknál is, amik más fogorvos szerint teljesen menthetők voltak, és amiket azóta meg is mentettek. Akkor ott azt éreztem, hogy ezek a döntések nem az én érdekemet szolgálták, hanem inkább a bevétel növelését.
Bármennyire is szimpatikusak voltak emberileg (az elején), azt kell mondjam: itt nem éreztem azt, hogy a saját érdekeimet nézték volna. Inkább egy drága szolgáltatás “csomagot” akartak rám tukmálni, mintsem valódi, alapos, betegközpontú fogászati ellátást nyújtani.
Ezt az érzést megerősítette bennem az, ahogyan a véleményemet kezelték: fenyegetéssel, tisztességtelen módon.
UI: Nem vagyok szakember, így nem fogom elvitatni azt, hogy az itt dolgozó embereknek milyen szaktudása van vagy nincs.
Azt tudom, hogy az én esetemben szerintem mást priorizáltak mint ami a panaszom megoldását szolgálta volna, illetve, hogy szükségtelenül drága ÉS radikális megoldásokat javasoltak olyan problémákra amik olcsóbban és egyszerűbben is megoldhatóak.
Nem vitatom el, hogy ezek a beavatkozásokat szakszerűen végezték volna el, viszont meggyőződésem, hogy nem az érdekemet mint páciens hanem a pénztárcájuk érdekeit képviselték a javaslataikkal.

Hatalmas csalódás mind szakmai és emberi szempontból!
Teljesen megdöbbentett, amit itt tapasztaltam.. Egyszerűen nem gondoltam volna, hogy egy ilyen ígéretesnek tűnő hellyel lesz ennyire negatív tapasztalatom.
Azt érzem, hogy le akartak húzni, és hogy nem vették figyelembe, hogy én milyen fájdalommal kerestem egyáltalán fel őket.
Voltam nálunk konzultáción, történt röntgen, és fogkőeltávolítás is - viszont egyáltalán nem azzal a fogammal akartak foglalkozni amivel felkerestem őket, hogy fáj. Erősen javasolták több fogam kihúzását, és implantációt, mintha ez lett volna az egyetlen opció. Később máshol kiderült, hogy szerencsére a fogaim nagyobb része menthető, mégha a Poncz Dentalnál ezt szóban máshogy is kommunikálták le nekem.
A legnagyobb csalódás azonban ott ért amikor szakmailag kellett csalódjak a rendelőben.
Több alkalom után végül úgy volt, hogy be tudják tömni a fájó fogamat amivel mentem - időben meg is jelentem, a beleegyező nyilatkozatot aláírtam.
Sajnos csak ott helyben közölték velem, hogy azt a fogamat mégsem tudják tömni, szerintük el kell távolítani.
Ez még önmagában egy dolog, de ezt nem látták a röntgen felvételen? (Ami alapján eldöntötték azt is, hogy nem tömhető) Ez tényleg helyben kellett kiderüljön miután a vizsgálatok eredményei ismeretében időpontot adtak, és emiatt szerveztem át a napom és utaztam?
Mindezek után sajnos egyáltalán nem tudom ajánlani a helyet.
