Frissítve:
Meglepő és egyben beszédes, hogy több mint egy év után először most reagálnak az ügyemre – éppen azután, hogy bevonásra került egy betegjogi képviselő. A betegjogi képviselő és a hatóság tájékoztatása alapján minden további hivatalos lépést meg fogok tenni az ügy előmozdításáért.
Szeretném rögzíteni, hogy mindenről rendelkezem bizonyítékkal:
– a beavatkozás után készült orvosi dokumentációkról,
– a CT-leletről, amely egyértelműen igazolja, hogy az érintett fog már nem megmenthető,
– és arról is, hogy a tájékoztatás, illetve az azt követő ellátás részéről súlyos hiányosságok történtek. Tisztában vagyok azzal, mit írtam alá. De tisztán emlékszem, hogy nem szerepelt benne olyan, hogy elhallgatnak majd bármit. A probléma az, hogy elmaradt a szakmai tájékoztatás arról, hogy beletört a tű, és ha már nem volt eszközük a kiszedésére, miért fizettem még utánna kétszer is a “kezelésért”? A harmadik alkalommal azt hittem, a végleges tömés következik – ehelyett szétfúrták a fogam gyökér alatti csontját, mondván, így próbálták meg eltávolítani a beletört tűt, és csak itt tudtam meg mi történt.
Szerencsére már van igazságügyi orvosszakértői támogatásom is, így a jövőben nem csak betegként, hanem jogi képviselettel együtt fogom képviselni az érdekeimet.
Ebben a helyzetben a “mossuk kezeinket” típusú kommunikáció sem szakmailag, sem etikailag nem lesz helytálló.
Az eljárások elindultak.Még fogunk találkozni – de akkor már más formában.

Első: Sajnos nagyon rossz tapasztalatom volt a rendelővel. Egy gyökérkezelés során az eszköz beletört a fogamba, amiről csak több alkalom után tájékoztattak. A kezelést nem tudták befejezni, így máshol kellett helyrehozatni – további jelentős, kb. 300 000 Ft-os költséggel. A panaszaimra nem reagáltak, az e-maileket figyelmen kívül hagyták, a hivatalos megkereséseket (pl. jogi biztosítóm által küldött levelet) nem vették át.
Fontos tudni, hogy a rendelő hivatalos cégneve: APEX MD Kft. – így szerepel a bankkivonatokon is. Mindenki legyen nagyon körültekintő.

Egy komolyabb kezelés miatt járok- minden alkalommal érthetően és kedvesen kommunikáltak velem. Pintér doktorúr szabadított meg a világ leggyulladtabb bölcsességfogától fájdalommentesen, Borsik doktorúrnál még az érzéstelenítő injekciót sem éreztem soha. Bátran ajánlom !
