Ärzte und Personal sind super. Doch bei manchen Praxen lässt das Telefonieren sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das parken wird langsam zum Alptraum. Deswegen vergebe ich nur drei Sterne.

Viele Praxen, unterschiedliche Fachrichtungen, einen Bäcker und eine Apotheke sind inklusive.
Einzig der Parkplatz ist ein Graus. Die engen Abmessungen machen Türklatschern ihr Werk leicht.

Katastrophale Terminvereinbarung in der Orthopädischen Praxis. Termine werden einfach auf dem Anrufbeantworter abgesagt und man soll zurückrufen und einen neuen Termin vereinbaren. Leider geht dort aber niemand ans Telefon. Nach 15 Minuten in der Warteschleife legen die dann einfach auf. Eine Frechheit sowas….

Für 2 Übernachtungen wurden mir 5889,76 € inkl. Mwst in Rechnungen gestellt, wohl gemerkt nur Übernachtung!
Die Kostenrechnung übersteigt meine Erstattung (100% Privatversichert) um mehr als 100%, d. h. über 3000€.
Das Geschäftsgebaren Ihrer Klinik, ebenso die Höhe der Rechnung möchte ich in Frage stellen bzw. als absolut überzogen bezeichnen.
