Top moderne CareVision Praxis in Nürnberg. Meine Behandlung verlieft super - das Team war sehr sympathisch und das hat mir ein wenig die Angst genommen. Es waren noch einige andere Patienten in der Praxis aber ich lief niemandem über den Weg - die Vorbereitungen / Behandlungen sind so versetzt, dass man meint alleine mit dem Team in der Praxis zu sein. Ich habe mir in Nürnberg letzte Woche meine Augen mittels Femto LASIK lasern lassen und bin nicht nur mit dem Ergebnis, sondern auch insgesamt rundum zufrieden!

Meine Linsen-OP ist nun ein Jahr her und freue mich seither ohne Brille zu leben. Ich arbeite am Computer genauso entspannt wie ich Motorrad und Ski fahre.
Zugegeben waren die ersten 8 Wochen etwas ungewohnt und anstrengend für mein 55 jähriges Gehirn, aber die sog. Halos wurden danach immer kleiner. Inzwischen fahre ich auch wieder gerne nachts Auto. Ich kann die Behandlung und das Care-Vision- Team in Nürnberg nur empfehlen.

Die Betreuung war hervorragend, alle super freundlich und jederzeit für mich erreichbar. Die OP selbst lief total professionell und routiniert ab, ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Nachsorge verlief ohne Wartezeit.
Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren super freundlich , empathisch und kompetent! Ein großes Dankeschön an alle und natürlich vor allem an meinen behandelten Arzt Julian Saavedra!! Ich hatte einen Besuch in einer Klinik in München und sie sagten mir, dass ich selbst bei einer Linsenimplantatoperation immer noch eine Brille oder Kontaktlinsen tragen müsste, um aus der Nähe zu sehen. Also ging ich zur Care Vision und mein Leben veränderte sich, sie machten die Operation, jetzt kann ich sehr gut sehen und muss keine Brille tragen. Professionell, freundlich und hat mich wohl gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Anästhesisten und die Krankenschwestern und vor allem an den Chirurgen.

Positives zuerst: ich sehe besser und es war günstig.
Nicht zufrieden war ich mit der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit. Man kommt immer in einer Zentrale in Nürnberg raus obwohl man nur die Praxis in Ingolstadt zurückrufen will.
Es fühlt sich tatsächlich an wie eine Massenabfertigung, keine persönliche Betreuung und nur nach mehrfacher Bitte war es mir möglich nochmal mit dem behandelnden Arzt zu sprechen da meine Lasik nicht gut funktioniert hatte. Ich wurde vertröstet das ist normal und gibt sich mit der Zeit. Natürlich wurde die Sehleistung nicht besser, man musste nachlasern und selbst nach der zweiten Behandlung habe ich Bedenken geäußert und ich wurde mit 2 Standardsätzen: jedes Auge ist unterschiedlich, wir haben das beste rausgeholt und eine Unschäfre auf einem Auge ist normal nach Hause geschickt.
Ich habe nicht den Eindruck dass der Arzt einfühlend reagiert hat oder meine Sorgen ernst genommen hat. Außerdem war keine Zeit, der nächste Patient hat gewartet.
Naja, nächstes mal vielleicht doch mehr Geld ausgeben und dann auch eine bessere Betreuung bekommen.
