Ich hatte eine Parotidektomie-OP und wurde in dieser Klinik operiert und bin rundum zufrieden. Das gesamte Team war äußerst professionell, freundlich und gut organisiert. Die Operation verlief reibungslos und ohne Komplikationen. Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit gut aufgehoben und bestens betreut gefühlt. Diese Klinik kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ein herzliches DANKE an das Team der Notaufnahme des MRI München! Mein Vater wurde mit Z.n. Sturz nachts eingeliefert- Versorgung von Seiten eines Facharzt und eines Studenten war hervorragend, aufmerksam und sehr liebevoll; die Naht am Kopf ist ein Traum, alle Wunden wurden inspiziert und versorgt, die Pflege hat sich wunderbar gekümmert. Danke besonders an Frau Dr Kallweit für die Versorgung auf der Aufnahmestation bis zur Entlassung am Nachmittag- wunderbar, wie Sie meinen Vater als hochbetagten Patienten mit Expertise und Herz versorgt haben- MERCI an alle

Absolut unmögliches Anmeldesystem. Für einen Kranken eine Zumutung.
Trotz Termin um 8 Uhr morgens, kein Bett, 1 Std. warten, dann umziehen auf den Flur und wieder warten bis 10 Uhr, bis es weiter zum OP geht!! Reine Nervensache!
Absolut unmöglicher Stationspfleger, Ausbildung und Ton wie beim Militär!!
Bei der OP wurden die Schneidezähne raus gebrochen!
Tag 1 nach OP. Um 9 Uhr früh Aufforderung das Bett frei zu machen. Dann warten auf Arzt, und und und. Bitte an Stationspfleger, einen Kontakt zum Sozialberater herzustellen. Mehrfache Bitte! Die Antwort von ihm: Er wird sicher keinen Kontakt herstellen, den ich brauche so was nicht. Deshalb durfte ich auf dem Flur bis 14 Uhr auf den Arzt und den Entlassungsbefund warten. War wohl nix!! Bin dann um 14 Uhr ohne Brief und ohne Arztgespräch gegangen!
Echt SUPER BELEIDIGENDE BEHANDLUNG durch den arroganten Stationspfleger.

Stenose Operation wegen Beinschmerzen rechts.
Operation lief gut, Schmerzen waren sofort weg.
Dafür zwei Tage später im linken Bein starke Schmerzen. Nachtschlaf nicht mehr möglich.
Keinerlei Empfehlung von der Klinik für die Zeit nach der OP. Einzige Aussage: Sie können am zweiten Tag nach der OP aufstehen und alles machen, inklusive Yoga und Kraftsport.
Was Sie an Schmerzen erwartet und was Sie dagegen tun können, erklärt Ihnen niemand, auch nicht mit einem einfachen Klärungblatt, wenn Sie entlassen werden.
Zweitägige Aufenthalt im Krankenzimmer war okay.
Hygiene: mangelhaft.
Fazit:
OP gut
Nachversorgung beziehungsweise Information, was auf einen zukommt und was geht und was nicht geht.: Nicht vorhanden.
Schade.

Von Anfang an in guten Händen. Mit dem Termin in der HNO Ambulanz an war ich hier in guten Händen. Von der ersten Untersuchung bis zur Entlassung nach der OP habe ich mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es wird einem jegliche Angst und Bedenken genommen. Die Ärzte nehmen sich Zeit und begeben sich hier auf Augenhöhe mit Patient und Kollegen. Das Pflegepersonal ist immer für einen da und hilft wo es kann. Hier war immer eine liebevolle Atmosphäre zu spüren und auch bei dem Stress den die haben waren Sie immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke an der Stelle das Ihr da seid und so einen tollen Job macht, ohne Euch ginge es nicht. Ich kann hier die Klinik nur weiterempfehlen, auch wenn zwischen erst Termin und der OP leider eine Lage Wartezeit lag.

Sehr gute und professionelle Klinik! Die Ärzte, die Schwester, das ganze Personal sind sehr sympathisch und nehmen sich die Zeit für ihre Patienten. Die Beratung ist wunderbar, alle sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn man die Schwester ruft, muss man nie lange warten und man bekommt auch gute Schmerzmittel, die schnell und sehr gut wirken. Eins der Mottos in der HNO-Klinik ist: "Die Patienten sollen auf keinen Fall unter Schmerzen leiden." Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Klinik und heilfroh und sehr dankbar, dass sie mich innerhalb von nur ein paar Tagen (4) heilen konnten.

Die Abteilung der Neurochirurgieambulanz ist nicht empfehlenswert.
Termin gebucht und nach 4 Stunden immer noch nicht eingehalten.
Ich hatte einen weiteren Termin in der TU wodurch ich mich beim Personal aufmerksam gemacht habe.
Daraufhin wurde man abgewiesen mit Aussagen wie wir sind ein Uni Klinikum damit muss man rechnen.
Der 2 Termin an der TU wurde pünktlich eingehalten.
Auf eine Beschwerde beim Patientenmanagment wurde daraufhin erklärt man solle sich bewusst sein was hier für ein Professor arbeitet.
???? Solche arrogante Art ist mir noch nie unterlaufen.
Zudem die TU beim entfernen meines Tumors die Hände gehoben hat und nicht Operieren wollte. Das wurde in Leipzig an der Uni gemacht.
Eine Klinik um die man besser einen großen Bogen machen kann bis sich die arrogante Art mal wieder löst

Ich hatte ein Zungenkarzinom und wurde im Februar letzten Jahres operiert. 9stündige Operation, 32x Bestrahlungen und 6x Chemotherapie, alles gut verlaufen. Hatte heute meine 4. Nachsorgeuntersuchung, alles in Ordnung.
Ich möchte hier noch einmal dem gesamten Team, Ärzten und Pflegepersonal danken.
