Keine Ahnung warum hier nur Lob ausgesprochen wird.
Wenn der Verdacht auf Krebs besteht auch wenn er noch so klein ist erwarte ich das SOFORT GEHANDELT WIRD! Und man nicht mit iwelchrn Medikamenten wieder weggeschickt wird! CD‘s werden einbehalten sodass man diese selbst wieder dort abholen darf obwohl man die hätte sofort einlesen können.
Verliert man wegen solcher Spielchen seine eigene Mom können sie sich warm anziehen.

Natürlich ist nicht alles perfekt aber ich und meine Familie sind schon jahrelang wenn irgendwas ist Universitätsklinikum Magdeburg.

I felt uncomfortable there as a Hijabi. The doctor was normal but how the nurses treated and looked at you was the WORST. When I got taken to the second X-ray, one of the nurses kept on loudly speaking to me and demonstrating with her hands instead of forming full sentences. I speak fluent german and was born here. They then opened the door before I had the chance to put my Hijab back on. At the other X-Ray the nurses were thankfully normal. My injury didn't cause me any discomfort but staying in this hospital and having to have these kind of encounters was just mentally to much for me I felt worse than before when I left... You people have a lot to work on if someone is mistreated and feels worse after a vocal encounter with the workers there...this is just wrong. You shouldn't treat people how you wouldn't want to be treated yourself...

Da ich kein Wort hören konnte wahr es schwer zu kommunizieren in der Annahme wurde ich ausgelacht .

Notaufnahme lässt die Leute mehr als 5h im Warteraum zappeln, es wird immer schlimmer! Man darf einfach nicht mehr krank werden. Unterbesetzt weil alles nur noch um Profit geht!

November, 24 als Notfall mit grossflächen Verbrennungen 3. Grades ,li. Flanke vorstellig geworden. Schmerzen unerträglich. Ein genervter Blick mit dem Kommentar " kann der Hausarzt weiter versorgen " entlassen. Hausarzt völlig überfordert von der speziellen Situation. Wieder zurück zur Uniklinik die wiederum erneut zum Hausarzt überwiesen. Inzwischen dreimal Notaufnahme, Schüttelfrost, Schmerzen zum Wände hoch gehen. Immer wieder das gleiche, nach acht Stunden, keine Medikamente, nichts. Als ehemalige Krankenschwester weiß ich das die Behandlung falsch war. Inzwischen große Nekrosen und die Erkenntnis, nach DREI Wochen " es müsste operiert werden allerdings keine Kapazität " ich stand kurz vor einer Sepsis. Hab mir dann woanders Hilfe gesucht und bei Chefarzt Damert und Dr.Altmann in Stadtfeld Magdeburg gefunden, sofortige Überweisung nach Neindorf, Helios Klinik und zeitnah operiert/ transplantiert worden. Es war der Horror so unsachgemäß behandelt worden zu sein in der Uniklinik Magdeburg

Ich möchte hier ausdrücklich meinen Dank an die Station 3 in Haus 4 ausdrücken. Ich durfte, nach etlichen psychiatrischen Kliniken, ein wirklich tolles Team kennenlernen. Jederzeit gab es ein offenes Ohr. Es wurde sich Zeit genommen. Die Pflege hat sich intensiv mit den Patienten auseinandergesetzt. Ich konnte nach fast 5 Monaten stabil nach Hause entlassen werden. Ich bin das erste Mal entlassen worden und war mir sicher, dass ich es schaffen kann. Ich konnte so viel mitnehmen und dafür bin ich unfassbar dankbar.

Ich frage mich wo die Top Bewertungen hier herkommen. Von uns war letztens ein Bekannter in der Notaufnahme gewesen... Man könnte denken, man ist im einem Feldlazarett gelandet. Da lagen stellenweise Schwerverletzte auf Wagen stundenlang im Gang ohne etwas zu Essen oder Trinken zu kommen, Geschweige denn denn mal auf die Toilette können. Eigentlich gibt es doch ein Ampelsystem in den Notaufnahmen um Patientenspitzen zu umgehen. Aber Geld scheint wohl nicht zu stinken 🤔.

Respektlos, unfreundlich und auch abteilungsübergreifend nicht zielorientiert. Hier ist man nur eine Nummer. Anamnese spielt keine Rolle und selbst bei Kindern sehr unfreundlich.
Wenn die Zufriedenheit im Beruf spürbar abwesend ist, sollte man den Beruf oder Arbeitgeber wechseln und es nicht an den Patienten auslassen.
Für die Notversorgung mag es ausreichend sein, aber ich empfehle Alternativen zu ergreifen, wenn möglich.
Vorne herum wird gesagt, dass man nicht warten soll und hier wird man rund gemacht, weil man es gewagt hat den Fuß in die Schwelle zu setzen.
