Als Notfall über die Notaufnahme aufgenommen. Hier zügig empatisch und kompetent aufgenommen. Bedingt durch verschiedene Symptome und Beschwerden mehrere Stationen im Krankenhaus durchlaufen. Zunächst Station 1e.Hier ein tolles erfahrenes und kompetentes Ärzte und Pflegeteam vor Ort. Welches in dieser Zusammensetzung hoffentlich noch lange als Team für die lippische Bevölkerung zur Verfügung steht. Danke an Frau Dr Misic die immer ansprechbar war. Anschließend weiter auf eine Station zur OP. Nach Komplikationen und einer weiteren Operation auf die Station 2e.Hier noch einmal eine weitere Steigerung in top Versorgung zur Statione 1e. Ärzte und Pflegeteam nehmen jeden Patienten individuell wahr, Hilfestellung in allen Belangen werden ohne Nachfrage angeboten.Ein Blick auf den Patienten und es wird wahrgenommen wo der Schuh drückt. ÄRZTE arbeiten Fach übergreifend zusammen und man wird regelmäßig über den aktuellen Stand informiert. Lieben Dank an Familie Dr Heidenreich und Familie Dr Mendrok die allgemein Chirurgen und an Mitarbeiter des Klinikums die sich kümmern.

Termin in der kardiologischen Ambulanz Schnell Termin bekommen Nettes und kompetentes Mitarbeiter Team Voruntersuchung und Herzkath komplett gut geplant und verständlich erklärt. Schmerzfrei Untersuchung und mir wurde die Angst genommen da ich eine Schissbuxe bin. Keiner war von meinen vielen Fragen angenervt . Nachsorge perfekt in ambulanter Wartezone bei Getränken ,Snacks und bequemen Liegestuhl. Rezepte etc wurde vorbereitet und mitgegeben

Am 24.03.25 war ich stationär auf Station 2b, das Pflegepersonal war sehr nett, die für die katastrophalen Zustände nichts können, da ist die Verwaltung gefragt! War um 8 Uhr auf Station, musste warten bis 8:45 Uhr, es kam ein Pfleger mit Bett angerannt ja, mich mit meinen Anziehsachen zur Kathederuntersuchung mitnahm. Im Eiltempo musste ich mich ausziehen auf den Untersuchungstisch legen und schon wurde ich an diversen Geräten angeschlossen. Die Ärztin kam und begann sofort mit der Untersuchung, geplant war so steht es auch im Entlassungsbericht ein Schluckultraschall, wurde aber nicht gemacht! Krankenkasse wird über diese Zustände informiert! Die Katheruntersuchung dauerte von 9 -11 Uhr, noch nie dauerte die Untersuchung so lange, ist meine 4. gewesen, in anderen Krankenhäuser ca 30 Min.. Als die Ärztin und ein hinzugezogener Arzt fertig waren, waren sie ohne ein Wort weg. Ich wurde dann auf Station gebracht, wo man kein Zimmer für mich hatte, obwohl ich einen Termin hatte, bisher in den anderen Kliniken immer ein Zimmer für mich frei war. Man wollte mich ins Besucherzimmer stellen, was ich ablehnte, da ich einen Schieber benötigte lehne ich weitere Vorschläge ab, es ist unwürdig wo alle über den Flur liefen. Wurde ins Badezimmer gefahren, wo ich endlich auf den Schieber konnte. Das Badezimmer mit Toilette war eine Zumutung, man brachte mir Essen, was ich abgelehnt habe, nicht neben dem Klo! Fotos vom Raum vorhanden. Es ist eine Frechheit + Zumutung einen Menschen der sich erholen sollte, so unterzubringen. Nach ca 4 Stunden endlich ein Zimmer frei! Heute 28.03. habe ich in der Klinik angerufen, da die Entlassungspapiere vorne und hinten nicht stimmen. Ich weis nicht mal, ob das was beschrieben ist, von mir ist oder zu einer anderen Person gehört. Man gibt an, das ich im Brüderkrankenhaus in Paderborn war, war nie da gewesen! Bekam frech zur Antwort, das ich nicht im Hotel war. Werde jetzt meine Ärztin und KK informieren. Nie wieder mit dem RTW dort hin!
