Absolute Katastrophe! Insgesamt 7 Stunden in der Notaufnahme verbracht. Nach 4 Stunden war die Behandlung an sich fertig und musste nur noch auf meine CT CD warten. Nach weiteren 3 Stunden warten und mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt das ich die CD heute nicht bekomme. Kann man das nicht gleich sagen? Absolute Frechheit. Man wird im Behandlungszimmer abgestellt und nur beachtet wenn man sich ab und zu mal meldet damit die überhaupt merken das noch wer da ist.

So etwas unfreundliches (Frau Koch) in der Kindernotaufnahme in Marburg hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Wartezeit ( 6 Stunden!!!!)ohne Ende. Frechheit was hier passiert.

Mir wurde erst gesagt, ich bekäme aufgrund einer Hirnverschiebung eine Hirn Operation. Ein paar Tage später wurde ich mit Atemnot und Lämungserscheinungen per Hubschrauber in die Klinik eingeliefert, nur um gesagt zu bekommen, dass ich keine Hirn Operation, sondern einen Psychiater bräuchte.

Im ersten Moment wirkt es etwas chaotisch und wie ein Labyrinth, aber alle Ärzte und Krankenschwestern sind sehr nett. Mein Mann war in der Pneumologie bei Prof. Dr. Greulich und hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

am liebsten ohne Stern !!! Die Neurochirurgie operiert auf Teufel kom raus - intern ist von einer hohen Todesrate die Rede, alte verwirrte Menschen werden zu OPs am Kopf überredet nach dem Motto in 3 Tagen ist alles wieder gut. Wenn die Menschen nicht noch im Krankenhaus sterben, dann Wochen später als Pflegefall in der Geriatrie oder im Pflegeheim. Mein Vater kam zum Kontroll CT auf eigenen Beinen ins Krankenhaus und 2 Tage später hatte er Pflegestufe 5. Im Bett durch Gitter ungefragt fixiert, Versorgung unter aller Sau. Ohne die täglichen besuche von uns wäre er vermutlich gar nicht bis in die Geriatrie gekommen. Meines Erachtens ein Fall für die Staatsanwaltschaft. Auch bei anderen Anliegen im Vorfeld sind die alten Menschen ein Spielball - man wird morgens für Untersuchungen nüchtern bestellt und sitzt nachmittags noch immer im Warteraum ohne irgendeine Beachtung. Dank Corona durften ja keine nervigen Angehörigen mit zur Betreuung. Aber noch 8 Monate nach Entlassung und mittlerweile Tod werden noch angebliche Zusatzleitungen angerechnet. Ich möchte keine Pfleger angreifen - ich denke Sie tun das Beste im Rahmen Ihrer - beschränkten- Möglichkeiten

Schlimm. Meine Mutter, 88 Jahre, wurde in die Notaufnahme gebracht. Über 15 Std. war sie da. Auf Anfrage etwas zu trinken zu bekommen wurde gesagt ja. In den ganzen 15 Std. hat sie nix bekommen, trotz mehrmaligen fragen. Untersuchungen wurden keine gemacht. Sie hatte Wasser in der Lunge und im Bauchraum. Offensichtlich ging es ihr auch schlecht. Nach 12 Std. wurde sie dann gefragt ob sie wieder nach Hause möchte. Natürlich hat sie ja gesagt. Morgens um 4:30 Uhr wurde sie dann wieder ins Heim gebracht. Nachts 1:15 Uhr bis 1:39 Uhr wurde die ganze Familie geweckt, nur weil man zu faul war sich das Band im Pflegeheim anzuhören, um dann die Taste für das Pflegepersonal zu drücken. Ich hab das Personal gleich am Telefon gehabt. Danach ist aber in der Klinik auch keiner ans Telefon. 3 Tage später fast das Gleiche. Einen älteren Menschen mit Wasser in der Lunge und im Bauchraum einfach wieder heim zu schicken? Ist für mich ein no go. Ich hoffe für das Personal in der Klinik, dass sie solche Erfahrungen in einer Klinik nicht machen müssen. Eigentlich für mich nicht mal ein Stern.

Ich wurde schon mehrfach im UKGM Marburg behandelt und auch operiert. Und das immer gut. Freundliche Ärzte und super nette Pflegekräfte. Ich wurde immer bestens betreut und beraten. Ein ganz kleines Manko sind die Wartezeiten, aber das ist nun mal so.

Ich war auf der Station 221 und kann nur gutes sagen. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Pflegepersonal ganz nett und die Ärzte waren alle sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich noch nie in einem Krankenhaus so gut versorgt gefühlt.

War im September 2024 Stationär zur Hautkrebsbehandlung. Ich fühlte mich in allen Belangen wie Unterbringung, OP und Nachbehandlung rum um bestens versorgt. Mir wurden allen nötigen Information zum Verlauf der Behandlung im Detail verständlich gemacht. Auch wurden mir alle Arztbriefe und Laborbefunde im vollen Umfang überstellt. Ein großes Lob für das gesamte Ärzteteam, Betreuungspersonal und Mitarbeiter in der Verwaltung.
