After years of odysseys from ophthalmologist to ophthalmologist, I ended up at Euroeyes in Hamburg. I had almost resigned myself to the fact that I would never be able to see properly again, much less without glasses.
At Euroeyes I was met with great competence and human warmth and given a comprehensive consultation, no question was left unanswered and I am indeed a patient who asks a lot of questions. Thoric multifocal lenses should be used for both eyes. The decision was made quickly and it took almost 3 weeks between the pre-checkup and the surgery, which is very nice. Now I can see almost 100%, I am glad that I did not delay the treatment and went to this clinic.

The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I felt that I was in very good hands during the consultation and didn't have the feeling that they wanted to convince me, but really wanted to advise me. I was impressed that I was initially advised against an operation, for good reasons. I appreciate that and will just come back in a few years.

Long waiting time, you are not informed in advance, the appointment is scheduled for 11:00, and there is still no operation at 13:30. 2 hours of waiting with a mask is a difficult ordeal, especially for people with COPD.

To come to an appointment to wait for almost an hour, I think, in our time is unacceptable and unprofessional. It looks like a conveyor belt or everything is just poorly organized.
