One of the worst ever experiences would not recommend anyone to this type of reckless doctors /staff for kids mainly. They have a standard statement they have no idea . Waiting for more than 4 hours to just get one check up done.
Hospitals have to be thought the meaning of emergency.. May be it’s out of their books and minds

I chose Klinikum Frankfurt hochst due to the proximity to my house. The other option was bad Soden and they don’t have a nicu so had to pick this. The doctors were fine, however the midwives are an absolute nightmare! For a pregnant woman it’s important to support her, but no they prefer to make life hell. While in crazy labour pain they made me sign documents. I was not even given the time to go over them as 1. I was going through labour 2. They pushed me to sign documents which I was given no explanation or clarity. Cut short to two months later I am recieving absurd bills for no information. I DONT KNOW what SCAM is going here but AVOID. I have public insurance and I pay so that I don’t have these obnoxious bills coming out way ! This all despite telling them that we don’t speak German.
Update: contacted the hospital complaints department. They were gracious enough to cancel out bill. Silver lining !

As someone who doesn’t speak German, I went to the emergency room on Friday, 07.02.2025, at around 00:30 due to severe pain. They then directed me to a doctor, who informed me that I needed surgery and conducted the necessary tests. After that, I was placed in a room at Station A43, where they prepared me for the procedure. Later that day, at around 17:00, I underwent surgery. Throughout the entire process, all the doctors and nurses were incredibly helpful, and I cannot thank them enough. They took great care of me, and I left feeling extremely happy after the surgery.

I've been here since 16:00 and now it 21:00 hours with a possible broken ankle! All they did is an x-ray within 30 minutes,and since than they made me sit in a room,and no food ,no drink nothing, not even a nurse come by to check on me! When finally seen someone who came by I asked them to give some update,but they said the doctor will bee see me shortly! Not satisfied at all with them!

Terrible maternity ward. I’m an American. My German wife had a c section there. We stayed for 3 days and left as early as we could. Most of nurses are uneducated and don’t appear to care about their patients. They’re annoyed if you have questions. They don’t offer help. They give advice that is not scientifically accurate at all. Just rude, ignorant people put in charge of a maternity ward. There were a couple who were helpful but most were as described above.

After last minute visit to our pediatrician practice, our pediatrician suggested us to go to a hospital to run some tests to be on the safe side. Höchst is one of the 2 recommendations from him. So we drove directly from the practice to the hospital with his Einweisung.
Already during the registration, the reception proactively tested the blood oxygen level of our 1-week-old son (probably because he kept crying). We waited a little bit and the ER doctor came. She is professional and speaks very good English. After some blood tests, our son will need to stay longer for potential eye infection.
We got admitted to station A34, the children ward, where the nurses and the pediatricians are all very patient and willing to help and the facilities are very new and comfortable (there are even playrooms and playgrounds for our daughter). They checked on us regularly. The pediatricians worked closely with the Ophthalmologists to work on our case.
During our 4-day stay, I requested for a Stillberatung, which I wasn't sure I would get one, as we didn't give birth our son here (in hindsight, we should've). But it worked like a charm. Ms. Nierhaus, a Hebamme/Stillberaterin from Station 31 (the Kreißsaal) came and provided very valuable guidance/constructive feedback to fix the latching-on problem of our son, which was deemed a lost case by most but one Hebammes/nurses at our delivery hospital. We cannot thank Ms. Nierhaus enough.
There are areas of improvement for sure, such as some (junior) nurses forgot to double check the updates/changes of the medicine prescribed by the doctors, as well as incorrect dosage use of eye drops. The chairs in the ER rooms could have been friendlier for women who just gave birth a few days ago, the food could have been less Abendbrot style😂😂😂 but overall, we found it a very nice hospital with professional and surprisingly nice services.

Took my kid to emergency kids ward and it took forever for them to attend 4 hours and still no signs of doctors .
They should feel ashamed to call themselves as state of art hospital if there are no doctor/s to attend patients.
Needs a lot of improvement !!!
