Ich wurde nach einer gynäkologischen OP auf der Station N7 aufgenommen und wurde dort aller bestens umsorgt!
Alle Pfleger/innen und Ärztinnen waren unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und empathisch. Die Abläufe gingen immer schnell und reibungslos.
Die Zimmer waren super sauber und auch gut ausgestattet.
Mein besonderer Dank geht an die Oberärztin Frau Dr.- medic Coltan, die meine Schmerzen sofort ernst genommen hat und mich mit ihrem schnellen Handeln vor schlimmeren bewahrt hat! :)
Krankenhausaufenthalte sind eigentlich ein Albtraum von mir, aber hier konnte man sich wohlfühlen!

Das Personal an der Rezeption der Notaufnahme war sehr unangemessen angezogen. Ich hatte fast das Gefühl, auf dem Pausenhof zu stehen. Ich vermute, dass es sich um Auszubildende handelte. Von Professionalität war nichts zu sehen.
Irgendwann wurde ich zu Frau M weitergeleitet. Sie schaute mich genervt an und meinte, dass ich hier nichts zu suchen hätte. Nachdem ich mehrmals betont hatte, dass es mir wirklich nicht gut geht und ich bereits dreimal Notoperationen hatte, wurde ich schließlich weitergeholfen. Mir ist klar, dass viele Mitarbeiterinnen von ihrer Arbeit sehr gestresst sind. Dennoch sehe ich nicht ein, warum sie ihren Frust an Patientinnen auslassen.

Was andernorts komplett fehlt wird einem hier 1000-fach zurück gegeben.
Von der ZNA bis hin zur Station N6 Verständnisvoller, hilfsbereiter und menschenwürdiger Dienst am Patienten.
Offensichtlich sind die hier vor Ort beschäftigten sich immer wieder neu bewusst wo sie arbeiten und das in ihrem Beruf der Mensch klar im Fokus steht.
Fachlich kompetent und mit einem auffallenden hohen Maß an Empathie wurde ich medizinisch bestens versorgt.
Ein großes Lob auch noch einmal an das Team der Station N6. Lange schon keine so friedliche und liebevolle Station wie die Eurige erlebt. Auch im Umgang untereinander seid ihr einfach nur Beispielhaft. Ich war gerne Patient bei Euch und weiß auch welches Krankenhaus bei mir an erster Stelle steht sollte ich noch einmal darauf angewiesen sein. Glückwunsch auch an die Klinikleitung zu dek tollen Personal in Ihrem Haus. Möge das Bürgerhospital der Stadt Frankfurt am Main noch lange erhalten bleiben.

Ich war Ende April 2025 für 3 Tage erst in der Notaufnahme, dann stationär Patientin auf N5 und kann ausschließlich positiv berichten. Alle, Ärzte, Stationsschwestern, Reinigungspersonal, waren unfassbar freundlich. Beruhigende Worte, klare Kommunikation und immer ein Scherz auf Lager haben den Aufenthalt (auch wenn Niemand gerne im Krankenhaus ist) sehr angenehm gestaltet. Die Fürsorge, aber auch das Verständnis für Fragen, Unsicherheiten etc. war zu jeder Zeit unheimlich ausgeprägt. Auch wenn ich hoffe nie wieder „Gast“ zu werden würde ich im Bedarfsfall immer wieder das Bürgerhospital empfehlen. Ganz klares Dankeschön!

Erstes Kind hier bekommen und ich kann nur positives berichten. Wir haben 4 Schichtwechsel während der Geburt mitgemacht und jede einzelne Hebamme und Ärztin war super kompetent und lieb. Es wurde auch alles während der Geburt erklärt und auf die individuellen Wünsche eingegangen. Auch auf Station alle Angestellten super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder würde ich hier entbinden.
