After waiting 5 weeks..this morning I herd back by email letter from the hospital clinic...after spending €5000 in Germany..on a skin test..and accommodation...I'm fuming 😤 today I did get the results back after waiting 5 weeks..but all in German 🇩🇪 when I speak English 😢 and only English..I showed Dr Joseph Salame my last skin biopsy presudure i had done in uk 🇬🇧 it said suspected lupus which I don't have because I've been tested in uk for it... it ses lupus on letter ✉️ the clinic sent me by email 📧 I believe there not doing the tests properly and just taking people's money at this clinic....now I have to.have a biopsy in uk now.. angry 😠 😡 aint the word..there just get you to come over and not do the test properly avoid this clinic at all costs please 😢 there unprofessional and ripping people off I'm going write to British embassy today and write ✍️ to ombudsman to investigate 🔎 properly... as I believe they have just written down false information and just took a bit of skin..and wrote what it said on my last report from the uk 🇬🇧..due to a soft deadly soft skin infection I beleive I have I could die..now 😔 well done meoclinic hospital 🏥 👏 in Berlin I hope your happy with yourselves getting an ill person to travel thousands of miles away to be fobbed off.. and ripped off how nasty..just want to add I asked them to test for suspected soft skin infection they tested for lupus which I told them I had been tested for..they tested for lupus which is a completed different skin test..there completely different results..it ses not lupus never said lupus asked deep cellulitis now ill never know..because they done the wrong test I'm actually crying..cuz now I could patiently die..I left there thinking they done what I asked and the right test they never did I translated my results today 9/42025 wrong tests everything I'm stuck now.. big time I have to try and get another skin punch biopsy presudure for cellulitis not lupus..I was gonna give them 5 stars I give them 0 avoid please they only want your money nothing else...I've written them loads of times as well they don't wanna sort the problem out refund me or nothing or even reply back to me..woow its funny how you reply to everyone else and..not me disgusting how I been left

Seit der OP bei Herrn Beer habe ich dauerhafte vorher nie dagewesene chronische Schmerzen. Sensibilitätsverlust um 90%. Keine Besserung, keine Nachsorge, keine medikamentöse Nachbehandlung. Es wird unsauber und freihand kauterisiert wie im Mittelalter. Es wird nicht auf die Wünsche des Patienten geachtet. Entgegen der Werbung arbeitet diese Klinik auch nicht mit Laser sondern mit äußerst stumpfen Skalpellen. Anrufe werden nicht beachtet, es wird auf noch eine OP gedrängt. Größter Fehler meines Lebens.

Ich war heute für eine Magenspiegelung in der MEO-Klinik. Von der Anmeldung über die Assistenz bis hin zum Facharzt fühlte ich mich gut betreut und aufgehoben. Durch die Bank weg sehr nettes und freundliches Personal und von der Magenspiegelung selbst habe ich nichts mitbekommen. Nach gut 90 Minuten konnte ich die Klinik verlassen und hatte nach der Behandlung keinerlei Beschwerden bzw Nebenwirkungen.
Ich lasse mich dort gerne wieder behandeln und kann diese Einrichtung aus voller Überzeugung nur weiterempfehlen.
Mein Dank gilt der gesamten Belegschaft !

Ich möchte hier sowohl meine Erfahrung mit Frau Dr. Katja Senkel als auch mit Prof. Nina Babel teilen.
Frau Dr. Katja Senkel war einfach hervorragend. Sie ist unglaublich empathisch und kompetent. Auch ohne einen Termin und obwohl das behandelnde Thema nicht direkt in ihr Fachgebiet fiel, hat sie sich aufgrund meiner Notsituation sehr viel Zeit genommen und mich bestens behandelt. Sie hat mich nicht nur medizinisch gut versorgt, sondern auch beruhigt und mir das Gefühl gegeben, dass ich in guten Händen bin. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass die Behandlung auch preislich sehr fair war – etwas, das heutzutage leider nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.
Ganz anders war meine Erfahrung jedoch mit Prof. Nina Babel. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, einen Termin bei ihr zu vereinbaren. Die Behandlung war nicht nur äußerst teuer, sondern brachte auch keinerlei nennenswerte Fortschritte, daher sinnlos. Zwischen der Blutabnahme und der Befundbesprechung lagen ganze sechs Monate – eine unzumutbare Wartezeit für eine Privatklinik. Zudem wurde ein Befundbesprechungstermin seitens Prof. Babel einfach nicht eingehalten. Qualität der Arbeit? Leider war diese für mich nicht überzeugend und ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man nicht unendlich viel Zeit und Geld hat, kann ich diese Ärztin leider nicht empfehlen.
Insgesamt bin ich von Meoclinic daher gemischter Meinung. Frau Dr. Senkel hat meine Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen, während Prof. Babel mich leider enttäuscht hat.

Ich kann die MeoClinic uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich hatte vor ca. 2 Wochen eine HoLEP Operation bei Frau Dr. Lehrich und fühle mich von Anfang an gut betreut. Zuallererst möchte ich mich bei Frau Dr. Lehrich bedanken, die mich operiert hatte. Das Aufnahmegespräch und die Erklärungen zur bevorstehenden Operation waren detailliert, gut verständlich und professionell. Kurz vor der Op war es ungemein beruhigend, dass Frau Dr. Lehrich mir persönlich noch einmal gesagt hat, dass ich hinterher keine Schmerzen haben werde und genauso war es. Ebenfalls war der Anästhesist Dr. Hoffmann sehr professionell, so dass ich nach der ca. 40 minütigen Vollnarkose ohne Probleme wieder zu mir kam. Zur MeoClinic selbst kann ich sagen, dass es von mir ein großes Lob vor allem für die Pflegedienste gibt. Immer wieder wurde geschaut, ob alles ok sei und nach meinem Befinden gefragt. Nicht zuletzt war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Guest Relation Frau Engel, dem Zimmer, der Sauberkeit und nicht zuletzt der Verpflegung! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

The receptionist I spoke to seemed to be in a very angry mood. She was a woman with red hair and glasses and must have been having quite a bad day or something as I saw her shout and be agressive towards literally every person she interacted with, even her colleagues - all of this was totally unprovoked. But it was an uncomfortable atmosphere because of this.
It did seem like she was stressed or perhaps even going through some personal troubles so I would encourage MeoClinic to check in with her and even see if she's ok as it was quite a shock to see her interact with patients and staff so negatively without cause.
To be fair to the practice, there are also very pleasant staff who work here and the doctors are generally quite nice from my experience. So it's definitely not everyone there.
Something to be aware of is this is a private practice, meaning people are paying a premium to come here. I think it's fair to expect that therefore patients should receive high quality customer service and top-notch facilities. I can't complain about the medical facilities in general, it's usually provided me with services or information I needed - it could probably be better too, but it's not the main issue.
The problem for me is the varied quality of customer service. I would definitely encourage the MeoClinic team to do a wellness check with the receptionist, maybe she just needs some support or training, but I really think it's not sustainable to have a receptionist with such hostile energy if something like this isn't resolved.

Ich möchte mich bei dem Team der Meoclinic bedanken! Kompetente Ärzte, die auch fachübergreifend behandeln.
Insbesondere gilt mein Dank der pneumologischen Abteilung. Prof. Witt konnte mir als erster Pneumologe meine Lebensqualität zurück geben. Besonders zu schätzen weiß ich die hohe Qualität der Behandlung.
Zudem fühle ich mich stets willkommen. Die Arzt-Patienten-Zeit ist ungewöhnlich lange, was mir immer erlaubt meine Anliegen detailliert zu erläutern und gemeinsam mit dem Arzt Behandlungsmöglichkeiten zu erörtern.

Top Zahnprophylaxe in der M.C.
Ich hatte heute einen Termin zur Zahnprophylaxe in der M.C. und bin absolut begeistert. Schon beim Betreten der Klinik war ich positiv überrascht – der Eingangsbereich ist modern, stilvoll und einladend. Die Terminvergabe verlief reibungslos, ohne lange Wartezeiten. Die Behandlung selbst war professionell, gründlich und zugleich angenehm.
Auch der Service war hervorragend – das Team war freundlich, zuvorkommend und gut organisiert. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt.
