Horrible Experience! Arrogant staff at the reception! After waiting for over three hours with a two year old child who has a fever and been vomiting all day and night, and seeing others come and go, I decided to ask how much longer we had to wait. This unbelievably rude staff had the audacity to tell me “this is not a praxis”! Like seriously?? If your child has a high fever and has been vomiting all night, would you wait for appointment at the praxis? This is horrible! Could never ever recommend this place. Maybe just put a notice up saying “FOR SPECIAL CLIENTS ONLY”. Totally unacceptable!

Meine tochter war im krankenhaus und die auf der Notaufnahme waren richtig unfreundlich die haben noch nicht mal meine tochter zu Toilette gebracht und sie konnte nicht alleine gehen. Also in das Krankenhaus würde ich keinen empfehlen. Die Schwestern auf der Notaufnahme sind unmöglich die wollten mich raus schicken nur weil ich mit meine Tochter geredet habe

Wir waren zunächst in der Geburtsklinik untergebracht und wurden anschließend ins Familienzimmer verlegt. Die Betreuung durch die Hebammen war in beiden Bereichen einfühlsam, unterstützend und herzlich. Man spürt, dass hier mit viel Engagement und Fachkompetenz gearbeitet wird. Dieses Lob gilt gleichermaßen dem ärztlichen Team der Geburtsklinik, das uns während der Geburt hervorragend begleitet hat. Später wurden wir in die Kinderklinik verlegt. Auch dort trafen wir auf engagiertes Personal, allerdings war der Umgangston stellenweise etwas ruppiger, und die Atmosphäre insgesamt sachlicher als auf der Geburtsstation. Dennoch gab es auch hier Mitarbeitende, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Negativ in Erinnerung bleibt eine Begegnung am Haupteingang: Eine Pförtnerin war mir gegenüber unfreundlich – und das ausgerechnet in dem Moment, als ich meine Frau in einer sensiblen Situation abholen wollte. Diesen Vorfall habe ich bereits in einer konstruktiven Rückmeldung an das Krankenhaus gemeldet. Trotz kleiner Kritikpunkte sind wir insgesamt sehr dankbar für die Betreuung und empfehlen das Waldkrankenhaus – insbesondere im Bereich der Geburtshilfe – von Herzen weiter. Wir vergeben bewusst 5 Sterne, weil der Gesamteindruck klar positiv war.

Ich war an einem Samstagabend wegen Brustschmerzen in der Notaufnahme. Obwohl es relativ voll war, waren die Krankenschwester sehr einfühlsam und freundlich, was mir in dem Moment extrem geholfen hat. Ich wurde relativ schnell untersucht und musste nur auf die Laborwerte längere Zeit warten. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben und ernst genommen gefühlt!

Ein ganz großes Lob für die Intensivstation. Mein Lebensgefährte wurde 6 1/2 Wochen dort behandelt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Pflege- und Ärzteteam, ich habe mich dort als Angehörige immer "mitgenommen" gefühlt. Ärzte und Ärztinnen haben sich täglich Zeit genommen, um über den aktuellen Gesundheitszustand zu informieren. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Herrn Röhrs, Leiter und Oberarzt der Intensivstation. Er hat uns bis zum Schluss sehr gut "betreut.

Am 16.6.bekam ich eine TEP li.Knie und lag auf Station 15, hatte COMFORT dazu gebucht! Leider fehlt auf dieser Station jegliche Empathie! Der Physiotherapeut war mit Herzblut dabei und die Reinigungskraft, das waren erfrischende Ausnahmen! Ansonsten muss man ALLES erbitten, es wird NICHTS gesehen, weder ein verschmutzes Bett noch frische Handtücher! Nicht nocheinmal!!! Das 2.Knie lasse ich in einer anderen Klinik operieren! Schade, daß sich ein Haus in 10 Jahren so negativ verändert, aber das war damals die Gynäkologe! Eine erstklassige Versorgung und rundum eine grandiose Menschlichkeit und das ohne COMFORT!
