It is a autoimmune disease that is spread throughout the body. So, is the treatment that is in this hospital biologically available? Because I have had it done in many places but I have not found any solution for it. I have heard that in Europe, biological treatment is available and it is a successful treatment. QUALITY OF CHARITE STAFF DURING MY STAY THERE FOR APPROX 10 TO 12 DAYS AFTER BRAIN SURGERY WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE
A GOOD EXAMPLE IS THAT AFTER MY SURGERY THE NURSE DIDNT FIX MY BED SO WHEN I SAT UP ON THE BEDSIDE I WAS JUST ABOUT TO BE SKATING THROUGH THE ROOM .
I THAN FOUND OUT THAT THE NURSE IN CHARGE ALSO DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FIX SURGERY BEDS - ; ) IT TOOK HER LIKE 45 MINUTES TO FIND IT OUT .
AND THERE WAS A GUY RUNNING THROUGH THE PATIENTS UNITS FROM V E R D I , CONSTANTLY AGGRESSIVELY TALKING ABOUT LOW SALARIES , WHICH I FOUND PRETTY
200 % USELESS BECAUSE IF YOU DO THIS JOB YOU SHOULD HAVE THE SENSITIVITY OF WHERE AND WHEN TO DISCUSS THIS TOPIC , AND THATS CLEARLY NOT ON THE INTENSIVE CARE UNIT IN BETWEEN PATIENTS

Do not expect wonders at their HNO department.. after waiting for 5 hours and leaving my kids at home, they changed my treatment, and did not want to proceed after they have promised a solution and coming to a conclusion. They asked me to make a new appointment somewhere else

I don't remember the names of everyone on the crew that tended to me, but all I can say is: "Wow!" The level of care, and explanation of everything that NEEDED to be done is unprecedented. This is coming from an American, who was in the Marines (these guys were just as trustworthy as Navy Corpsman!).
To the crew that dealt with me on the night of the 24th or 25th of July (guy that fell down an escalator/moving staircase going from the Ibis to the HBF just looking for a bite to eat, and required 11 staples to the head), THANK YOU to you and everyone I met between that escalator and the hospital (Railway Police, Krankenwagen, etc). The reason I was so calm and relaxed was because I felt safe and had no worry about being ripped off (unnecessary medical care simply to make money). I have no idea how the German public regards their healthcare system, but colour me impressed!

Thank you so much to the orthopedics team and everyone at station M120. They gave me a new ACL after I tore it, the operation went perfectly, and the care I received after was outstanding. I prepared for the worst, but the friendliness and professionality of the staff made everything so, so much better.

I went yesterday to Charité because I was in serious pain and couldn’t eat and drink water for 3 days already. When I arrived and told my symptons to the Administrative Sector, the guy told me to go home because I had a flu and could spend 7 days without eating with no problem. I decided to stay and when I passed the triage they discovered a huge tonsilitis, which needs antibiotics to not envolve into something way worse. The nurses were caring, although I need to wait 11 hours to see a doctor and be dismissed. Really disappointed with the Administrative Sector.

The most professional treatment we ever had. From the people handling the appointments to the doctors and nursing personnel, everybody treated us with respect and care.
My wife had a major operation with great success. From day one everybody was treating us as one of their own, we felt like home.
There are no words good enough to describe our appreciation and admiration for the work these people do.
