1 hafta önce Bahçelievler Medical Park Hastanesinde kendisi boyun fıtığı ameliyatımı gerçekleştirdi. Büyük korkularım vardı ameliyat ile ilgili ama kendisinin samimiyeti ve detaylı açıklamalarıyla korkumu yendim.ameliyat sonrasında da aynı şekilde ilgili oluşu takdireşayan idi.Gönül rahatlığıyla kendisini tercih edebilirsiniz. Ellerinize sağlık Kenan Hocam,sayenizde artık çok iyiyim.
5 yilda tekrarlayan bel fıtığım ve bitmeyen ağrılarım kenan hoca sayesinde 19.03.2021 tarihinde başarılı bir ameliyatla son buldu.Cok ilgili hastasına herşeye tek tek açıklıyor ameliyathaneye girdigim andan itibaren hep yanımdaydı. Daha önce platin ve vida takılması gerekli diyen doktorlar olmasina rağmen mikrocerrahi ile gayet ağrısız ve başarılı bir ameliyat gerçekleşti.Suanda yeniden doğmuş gibiyim. Tecrübesi ve bilgisi en büyük farkı bence.

2 bel fıtığı ameliyatı geçirmiştim bitmek bilmeyen bel ağrılarım devam etmekteydi. Kenan hocamdan Allah binlerce kez razı olsun. Kaç tane doktora gittim ama içime sinen sadece Kenan hocam oldu.hem detaylı açıklaması hem insana güven veren duruşu ile ameliyatımı yaptırmaya karar verdim.07.10.2020 de ameliyatımı yaptırdım fıtık,yapay disk,ve 4 vida takıldı. Şuan o kadar çok iyiyimki Önce rabbime sonra hocama binlerce kez şükürler olsun.
Doktor iyi diye referans oldular, Kenan Kıbıcı. Ancak diğer çalışanlardan aldığım hizmet rezalet ötesiydi. Mr bozulur, haber vermezler. Aramışlar ama meşgülmüş telim. Kaza vardı 10 dk gecikiyorum diye haber verdim, o zaman iptal olur alamayız dediler. Kontrol zamanım geçti. Mr dolu sürekli. Saçma sapan saat dilimlerini veriyorlar. Bir orta yolu bulamadık. Zaten bu esnada hasta olan boynum da geçti. Nasıl özelden bir hizmet alınıyorsa anlamadım. Eğitimsiz, yönetemeyen bir çalışan kesimi mevcut. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum. Mantık da yok ki müşteriyi doğru yönetsin. Bin pişman oldum. Rezalet gerçekten!
