The cost of $11,500 AUD included a lot more than the surgery. It included the operation, the anaesthetist, all medications, 7 days in hospital, outpatient nursing care, transfers to and from the airport, 2 x High Tea events with other patients, all transfers between the hotel and hospital, nurse visits to the hotel and 7 nights pre and post op in the hotel with breakfast included. The hotel was a spacious fully serviced apartment.

Dr Kasemsak first asked me what my expectations were. I showed him some photos and told him I didn't really want to go any bigger (a little bigger was okay), just fuller and lifted. He checked me over and advised me that he would do a lift, with a lollipop incision, and a 235cc or 250cc implant under the muscle, stating that I wouldn't be able to go any bigger anyway, due to the lack of elasticity of my breast tissue. He also said he would do an aeriola reduction, otherwise the aeriola (which was already quite big) would get even bigger when the breast tissue was stretched. I was happy with everything he said as it was exactly what I was after. Later in the day, after the procedure, Dr Kasmesak visited my room and said he put the 235cc in as the 250cc was too big. Again, he made professional choices based on what he had before him. He was happy with how the procedure went. I was off the pain medication in 3 days. I didn't feel it was necessary. I used it only sometimes, just to help me sleep because it was from having to sleep on my back in an upright position that caused the most discomfort for me. There were always stages to look forward to throughout the process. First, it was to get the stitches out, second was to get the drains out, third was to start wearing the support bra, fourth was to sleep flat. It just keeps going, so, there is still always something to look forward to. Anyway, back to my surgeon...........Whilst the visits Dr Kasemsak had with me, during my time in Thailand, were brief, he was still very professional, friendly and answered any questions I had. I am now 2 months post op and my breasts look great. They still have a lot of softening to do but they are healing fabulously and there is minimal scarring, even at this early stage. I highly recommend Dr Kasemsak, along with the entire Destination Beauty team and staff at Samitivej hospital in Bangkok. They should be proud of the high quality of Service they provide.

Dr Kasemsak has seriously given me everything I've wanted and more! I had a breast lift/augmentation, extended tummy tuck, mons lift, extended arm lift and a thigh lift done with him through destination beauty and I couldn't have asked for a more humble, amazing and experienced surgeon. From the consult to all the follow up appointments he made me feel very comfortable and was very honest with myself and the type of results I would achieve. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering surgery.

Hey lady's first of all I just want to thank each and everyone of you for your stories on this wonderful site. I have seen so many different stories that help in such a big way. I am I kiwi girl from a little country town in New Zealand and I'm looking at having a BA in Bangkok Thailand. Im a mother to four beautiful children and breastfeed them all ages 14-11-4 and 1 in a half, I just stopped breastfeeding about 6 months ago. The reason I've picked a date which is miles away next year is because I've still got spots of milk that come out and I believe you can't have a single drop, plus I have to save a decent amount for my trip to Thailand. And also my little baby girl is mummy's girl so I want to give her the chance to be able to break away from mummy once she's able to start kindy after the Christmas holidays. I've wanted implants for such a long time, since I was a young teen as I'm quite flat about a 12b in NZ sizing. I loved breastfeeding my babies to give them the best start in life of course but Also because it gave me boobs. I've made my family so now its time to finally do something for myself and get the boobies I've always wanted. I've currently been dealing with a place in Bangkok called Destination Beauty, has anyone heard of this place or had any surgery's done with this company before. I had to send photos via email so the surgeon could give me a rough estimate on price and size. He decided on High Profile Smooth Round Silicone 400cc. After doing so much research and this site has been my biggest help I've looked at people who are around my same height weight etc and what they have had. I have no idea on what cup size I want to be but I'm hoping I could maybe fit around 450cc instead of 400cc. As these things aren't cheap and I'll be traveling from little old New Zealand I want it all worth it and go bigger. My rib cage is 33inchs 86cm quite wide I think, plenty of breast tissue as I was a great cow for my babies so lots of tissue to fill with a implant. Lol. Man I may even fit 500cc in there. Don't want to look like a [RS bleep] star I just want to have some big nice boobies for once. My partner is so supportive I'm blessed to have him by my side, after all he's the money maker so will be his hard work that pays for my dream boobs. I'm the stay at home parent bringing up our children , but once our little girl starts kindy I'd love to get abit of part time work to help save. I'll take my partner with me so it will be our first holiday away together no kids. I've only been out of our country once this will be his first time so we are very excited. I've waited years and years for this so one more year won't hurt until the day. I'm quite curvey down bottom so some boob up top would be lovely to even it out. I've recently given up smoking after 20 year's, I've hit 3 in a half months smoke free yay. Done it for my children so I can live a longer healthier life plus that money I would spend on ciggies is now going in a savings for my boobs. This next year I'm going to concentrate on getting fit again, tone a few places to all help with my recovery after my BA. This year my partner and I were getting married but we have postponed it until further notice, few reasons why one is we are buying a house for our family and another reason i want to look absolutely stunning in every way for my hubby to be, I just don't feel beautiful in any dress with bugger all boobs to fill it. My partner is so understanding and just wants me to be happy. I know when the day comes when I do walk down the aisle to my lover boy he will be blowen away so that makes it all that worth waiting a little longer. Anyway guys I will keep posting through out the next year until my big boobie day, if anyone wants to follow my journey feel free, also if anyone has any info or advice please share with me. Until next time take care xx Updated on 8 Sep 2019: I had a breast augmentation on the 19/08/19 with Dr Kasemsak through Destination Beauty in Bangkok, my experience with Dr Kasemsak was absolutely amazing I can not fault one thing about him. He explained everything to me listened to what my goal was and he definitely have me exactly that. I felt very comfortable with him and understood him completely. Top surgeon , I'd do it all over again just for the amazing experience I had. Destination Beauty I love them to bits, the staff everything about the company is 10 out of 10 including Somerset where we stayed. I'm three weeks post op now and feel like my normal self, I stopped my pain meds day 3 post op and haven't needed any since. My incisions are looking fantastic and healing beautifully, he's done a fabulous job. I had 400cc duel plain high profile smooth round silicone , started from a small B to I'm not quite sure what I am ATM I haven't been measured but I'm pretty sure I'd be a D, My height is 5.6 foot and 70 kgs.

I researched for a very long time and looked at companies that had been recommended by friends. I chose Destination Beauty as i feel very comfortable with my consultant Dream. I have my consult on the 1st of April and hopefully surgery the same day. The realself site wouldnt let me type in Dr Kasemsak Pyungtanasup as my provider so just picked a random one. I apoligize for any misunderstanding Asthetics enhancements Florida is not my provider. I am 5'6"/5'7" tall and weigh 62 kgs. Updated on 26 May 2017: My date has changed. They changed my dr and i refused the dr they resigned me with. So I have a new date 4/4/17 and back with Dr Kasemsak. Only 24 days to go!! Excitement, fear, elation and anxiety are abundant ???? Updated on 26 May 2017: I'm 11 days post op. Feeling great. My Dr was amazing. I would have been lost without my boyfriend. For the first week i could not lay down or get up from bed without his help. He even washed my hair for me once i was allowed to shower. I have to wear a compression bra for 24hrs a day for 6-8 weeks then 12hrs a day for another 4-6 and a high support sports bra the other 12. My dr and the staff were amazing. I had a Vip room that was just as good as our 5 star hotel. I found the morphine drip didnt help mich woth the pain but i have a high tolerance for opiates after having a bad back for years. They sent me home with tramadol and that worked a treat. I thought i was set on 250cc. Its so different when trying the actual implants in a bra. Rice sizers are not a good indication at all!!! My advice fill a ziplock bag with water mls converts to cc so will give you a much better idea. I liked.the size of the 360cc so went with 390cc as you lose a little when under the muscle. So i wentwith 390cc teardrop undermuscle. Had my drains removed on day 3. Had the tape removed from my incisions on day 8. Fine lines with a couple tiny scabs. Dr Kasemsaks suturing technique is superb. My sternum is still quite sore but getting better every day. My ribs were sore for the first week and i couldnt take a deep breath for about 6 days. All in all im so happy with the whole experience. I am a very independent woman and it was hard be so incapacitated. I still have to take it easy for 3 months. I was lucky enough to have nipple sensation back straight away. The nurses were all so excited for me. I know it can take up to year to come back. I had sharp pains across both breasts mainly the right. Still having spasms here and there. Having one now because of typing for too long.. And ladies Morning boob is real. They feel taught and tender but i find witha bit of light rubbing not massage (like you would gently comfort someone on their back) helps. I.think it just creates a bit of blood flow and frees everything up. I'm taking Evening Primrose oil and vitamin E these help with breast tissue repair and skin health. Am getting sore now will write more soon.

Couldn't be happier with my results. Dr Kasemsak talked me through some different options for my breast lift (no implants) and tummy tuck and gave his recommendations, which I took. He did a fantastic job and I am healing very well and very pleased overall.
