Prof. Felis is a rare combination of an oncology surgeon at the highest level and a person who understands the patient, his family and makes sure to mediate a complex reality into a clear plan of action that contains optimism and realism regarding the success of the treatment and a return to a full life routine.
About four years ago, he operated on me, a partial resection of the tongue to remove a cancerous tumor and take out lymph nodes, professionally and sensitively, and since then I have been followed up by him. An expert in his field, highly recommend.
A true professional and a pleasant and charming person!

I am 2 years and counting for being a patient of Dr Flis. My primary care physician had diagnosed my with a clogged salivary gland and referred me to Dr Flis. I was in the chair for 10 minutes and Dr Flis knew I had tonsil and lymph node cancer! He ordered a biopsy and referred me to the cancer center. Dr Flis followed me through my cancer care and when that didn't work and surgery was needed Dr Flis performed my partial neck dissection. Everyone how sees my scar can't believe how well it's hidden
Dr Flis was there for me every step of the way for me and my family. He's an intelligent talented and amazing Doctor. He gave me his cell number when I was sick from chemo and radiation so we could be in touch constantly.
I wouldn't go to any other ENT. As a matter of fact, I've taken my 93 year old mother in law and have referred numerous friends!
I'm honored to call Dr Flis my ENT and my surgeon and a friend!
