I underwent surgery to reconstruct a joint in my palm finger. Not a simple surgery that seems to require great precision. Dr. Frank Atlan gave me from the first moment the feeling that I had someone to trust. Everything was explained to me at every stage along the way in a very direct, sensitive and clear way. The surgery took place in a calm and pleasant atmosphere (I even enjoyed it). Beyond professionalism, Frank is an amazing person! Egoless, speaks at eye level and gives a sense of security. I am sure that every patient with him feels the personal and special treatment that I felt. If I had to undergo the surgery again, I would not choose any other doctor. I would recommend him to any friend or family member who needs it.
Bottom line for those who are hesitating - there is nothing to think twice about, only Frank Atlan. Professionalism and humanity far above expectations.

I was experiencing bad pain in my thumb joint. An X-ray showed there was no cartilage at all
Dr. Atlan replaced the joint with a prosthesis. I wore a half plaster for 3 weeks after the surgery. I took paracetamol the first evening after the surgery but didn't experience any pain after that.
Within a few weeks of the plaster being removed I had good movement and six weeks after surgery I was back at the gym.
It is exactly two years since my surgery. I could not have wished for a better result. I have no pain whatsoever, full movement and my thumb feels completely normal.
Dr. Atlan is friendly and approachable. He explained everything very thoroughly and was always available to answer any questions.
I can highly recommend Dr. Atlan.
