I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all at Yanhee International Hospital. It is a big and sometimes scary decision to have elective surgery, and to choose to do that in a country other than your own adds more weight to the decision.
Attending Yanhee Hospital from check-in through the operation, post-op op and discharge, every single staff member and process was professional, compassionate, and flawless. I never felt afraid, alone, or uncared for. I’m so grateful for the staff at every level at this hospital. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The hospital staff has been amazing. There was a complication during the surgery, a thyroid issue which had gone undetected even after visits to the emergency in Australia. Treatment was provided, including ICU and I recovered with advice. The original operation seems to have gone well and the exit from the hospital was very well advised and executed. A further cost was incurred for ICU and other treatments but it was a small price to pay for a proper diagnosis and a new lease of life.
I was made to feel welcomed to the hospital by all staff. I was made to feel comfortable and fully informed of the procedure and costs of the surgery. The admission process was seamless. The hospital room is clean and well-equipped. After care was impeccable, nurses were on call.
Follow-up appointments and transfers to the aftercare hotel were arranged before leaving. My only negative would be the TV and the food. But I do understand I am visiting a different culture and their interpretation of Western food.
My experience was amazing. I highly recommend the surgery services!
He is kind, professional, and an expert in his field of facial reconstruction. I have had 3 surgeries with him over the last 3 years. Every surgery has been free from infection, all with an excellent outcome.
The staff from the porters at the front to the kitchen staff have all been extremely helpful and kind.
I highly recommend Yanhee Hospital. You will be treated like royalty from the moment you enter the building to the time you leave. The Thai nurses are so efficient; nothing is too much trouble.

I had a gonioplasty with Dr. Suthat at Yanhee Hospital on 19 March 2024. The operation went very well and smoothly done. I worried before the operation but everything went well more than I expected. Doctors, nurses, and staff are very kind and helpful. All the services were provided fast and smoothly. I felt happy during my admission to Yanhee Hospital.
This is my second time at Yanhee under the care of Dr. Suthat. Always extremely happy with the results and the hospital care at Yanhee.

It is my second time coming to Yanhee for plastic surgery and I am very satisfied with the procedure. There was no issue in communication, and pre/post surgery was very smooth and efficient. I love the ward experience because the room has always been spacious and private. Nurses are friendly and caring. I was well taken care of after the surgery and during the recovery. There will always be someone on standby 24/7 if I need any assistance.
The doctors are experienced and assuring, I have full trust whenever I come especially for big surgeries like gonioplasty and malarplasty. I would definitely choose somewhere with an ICU and all-rounded facilities like Yanhee.
The whole experience was amazing. The staff was beautiful, and the international nurses were amazing to talk to. Showed so much support. The only thing I would have an issue with is when they give you a price or a package deal, everything should be included like having medication, painkillers, stitches out, and follow-up appointments, so you’re not getting charged extra fees on top of your quote. But, thankful for the experience and beautiful hospitality.
