I am very pleased with the efforts and professionalism of the surgeon, nurses, and all staff at Yanhee Hospital. They made my surgery as pleasant as possible. They helped me to stay clean, and warm, and helped me with pain relief. The room I stayed in was very clean, private, and comfortable. The whole check-in process was easy and I would kindly like to thank all staff, nurses, and doctors for their careful diligence with my surgery. I highly recommend this hospital.

My dream has always been to be as feminine as possible. The first consultation with Dr. Suthat was a dream come true. He is so kind, soft, and very professional. He made me feel so confident in my decision and the outcome of my surgery is beyond anything I could ever have dreamt of. I am the happiest I have ever been in my life and I feel like I have been reborn. I can’t thank Dr. Suthat enough, but I hope he understands that he has given me a new lease of life. I contacted the hospital via email and was very promptly given the most lovely welcoming email from Kenneth. He answered every single question I had and more. He was fantastic to deal with. I then booked and traveled all the way to Yanhee Hospital feeling so confident because Kenneth had prepared everything for me. Once I arrived, it was magical!!! I felt the love from the moment I stepped out of the taxi. Everyone was dressed like they were in a Wes Anderson film and so beautiful. I instantly felt like I was in the right place. I was then very gently processed and waited in the waiting room, and then Kenneth arrived to look after me in person. That was the best feeling because he could explain the procedure and everything on my mind. I then had the consultation. Did all my lab tests and then was taken to my room to prepare myself for the operation. The operation was amazing. The anesthetist doctor made me feel very safe. During the entire process, I knew I was safe because he was there. Post op I was taken back to my room and things only got better!!! The ward nurses are beyond anything that I could have imagined. The love and care for me were so beautiful, checking on me constantly, making sure I had all the right medications and comforts. The food was very beautiful and all the staff were phenomenal!! I can’t thank these ladies enough!!! BEST SERVICE AND CARE EVER!! They are what all nurses in the world need to be!! Lastly, I was visited by the international representatives (liaisons) and they made sure to check on me and answer all questions very clearly and with a lot of love and care. They ended up being like my mother whilst I was here and really went above and beyond for me.
I believe that the entire process from start to finish was flawless. Some highlights for me are the oxygen tank (hyperbaric) visits. I recommend doing them, and having my hair washed made me feel good. I believe that I have healed so quickly because the love, support, and attention to care for me was at the most highest standard. My room was cleaned and serviced daily and I got checkups on the daily by my newfound mother-international representatives (liaisons). The hygiene of the hospital is very high!!! I have decided to come back for more work next year and I can’t wait. Lastly, I would like to say a massive thank you to all the nurses, doctors, assistants, cleaners, Kenneth, food delivery girl (she was so kind and gave me a cuddle goodbye which is adorable). She was amazing and knew what food I liked so would make sure it was on my tray daily. Lastly, nga mihi (thank you in my language) to Dr. Suthat for making me feel complete and curing my body dysmorphia. I can finally get on with living.
