I had a great experience with Medart. I’d been chatting with them for a year trying to decide when I’d get the transplant done. Talked to several other clinics but I really liked Medart’s communication and how they actually outlined how many grafts I’d need for each area of my head. 800 for crown and 3800 for middle and front.
I had been talking to Rose every step of the way. She was always around to answer any questions regarding setting up my appointment + post-op care.
I like how it’s a small team because this ensures your care is personalized. Everyone from Rose, to driver Ferit, to Dr Yeni, and the wonderful staff helped me have a great operation.
The consultation is performed by Dr Yeni, he analyzes your scalp, and then draws a personalized hairline based off what you want. The nurses perform the actual follicle extraction, then Dr Yeni comes and does all the incisions, finally the nurses plant the grafts. There was Doctor involvement throughout the process.
The most painful part is the initial anesthesia application, especially around the ears. It’s like a quick and sharp prick but then the anesthetic kicks in and you don’t feel anything. My operation required 4600 grafts and took around 8.5 hours from start to finish.
They’re very diligent about post-op care. The day after the operation, they pick you up to get your bandages off. Next day is the first wash and day 1 of 3 wearing a headband to reduce swelling. The trick to combat swelling is to drink a A LOT of water!
I’m at day 13 post-op currently and very happy with the results so far. Looking forward to seeing the results in the coming months. I would definitely recommend Medart for someone getting a hair transplant.

2024 Eylül ayında saç ekim operasyonum gerçekleşti. Açıkçası çok yer aramadım; aklımda bir iki yer vardı. Onlarla telefonda, Medart’tan ise Muhammed Bey ve Lüda Hanım ile yüz yüze görüşüp kararımı verdim. Bir hafta sonra operasyon gerçekleşti. Süreci anlattılar ve anlattıkları dışında hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Şu an 5. ay doldu, 6. aya doğru gidiyorum. Çıkmalar başladı; minik minik geldiklerini görebiliyorum. Süreç hala devam ediyor ve heyecanla bir yıl dolmasını bekliyorum. :)
Lüda Hanım’a özellikle teşekkür ediyorum; aklıma takılan her konuda benimle ilgilendi. Her PRP seansına gittiğimde Muhammed Bey ekim alanını kontrol etti. İlgi ve alakadan aşırı memnun kaldım. Çok kibar, çok profesyonel insanlar her şey için teşekkür ediyorum. ❤️❤️
