Acompañé a un familiar a una consulta y la experiencia fue desagradable y decepcionante. En consultas anteriores, el doctor ya había mostrado una actitud distante y cortante, pero esta vez se sobrepasó.
Al hacerle preguntas sobre el estado de salud de mi familiar, reaccionó de manera airada, elevando el tono de voz y mostrando una actitud impaciente y poco profesional. Su falta de educación y empatía hizo que la consulta resultara desagradable, generando en mi familiar una gran sensación de inseguridad y desamparo.
La situación fue tan incómoda y fuera de lugar que no me quedó más opción que solicitar una hoja de reclamaciones. No es aceptable que un médico trate así a un paciente que simplemente busca entender su situación.
Definitivamente, no recomendaría este especialista.
Fuimos para consulta de podología, y estuvo muy bien.
