Dr. Tozkoparan educational background includes a medical degree from GATA Military Medical School in 1989 and specialist training in pulmonology from GATA, Ankara in 1996. Over his career, Dr. Tozkoparan has served in various capacities, including roles at GATA Çamlıca Pulmonology Hospital, Istanbul, Marshal Çakmak Asker Hospital, Erzurum, and as a professor at GATA Department of Pulmonology.
