I’m 71 and flying to Bangkok on Feb 3, 2025, for a facelift with Dr. Phatcharasak Kraisornphongsakul at ID Clinic. He speaks excellent English, and I got a discounted price of $4,500 USD for either a SMAS or deep plane facelift. This includes all preliminary tests, medications, scar creams, doctor and anesthesiologist fees, two nights in the hospital, four nights in a 4-star hotel (with breakfast), and transportation.
A friend I trust is getting her facelift with him in March, but I’m hesitant because I haven’t found many before-and-after photos, even though he has 20+ years of experience.
I had CO2 laser resurfacing in Saigon (Dec 2024) for $80 and a Meso treatment in Hua Hin (Jan 2025) with 50-70 injections to hydrate my skin for $300.00 dlls While my skin feels better, I still hate how long and narrow my face looks. I’ve been told I don’t have enough fat for grafting, so I plan to get fillers later. I also need lower dentures (implants aren’t an option).
Should I consider a lip lift to shorten my face? My chin feels too long and big—is there anything I should ask the surgeon about to improve my proportions?
