All’inizio ero molto preoccupata perchè sono partita da sola dall’Italia parlando pochissimo inglese ma Già dai primi momenti, la mia consulente Nagehan si è messa a disposizione per aiutarmi e durante tutto il percorso è rimasta in contatto con me per chiedermi aggiornamenti o aiutarmi. Il trasporto Vip è stato molto bello, dall’ospedale alla clinica non mi hanno lasciata da sola un attimo.
In clinica sono stata subito accolta dal mio interpretare assistente sanitario, Nabil Al Kilani, che mi ha accompagnato in ogni mio passo, molto gentile e professionale e ha risposto a ogni mia preoccupazione o dubbio! Mi ha dato tutte le informazioni, mi ha aiutata a orientarmi in clinica e mi ha aiutato con il cambio dei soldi quando avevo la necessità.
Per la visita con il dottore mi ha aiutata il mio interpretare in italiano che mi ha aiutato molto a capire bene tutte le indicazioni del mio dottore, Il Dr. Kadir Tasasiz , per liposuzione in più punti del corpo ed è davvero molto chiaro, preciso e bravo!
Bravissima tutta l’equipe, le infermiere e tutto il personale dell’ospedale che non mi hanno lasciata mai totalmente sola!

La atención de todos es de lo mejor, los traductores muy amables, el asesor medico Onurcan muy profesional con todas las informaciones que necesitamos para planear y organizar la cirugia antes de llegar a Turquia. Las enfermeras súper atentas con las atenciones que necesitamos antes y despues de la cirugia. Las habitaciones del hospital muy comoda y con higiene 10 de 10. La comida deliciosa, y las mujeres que hacen el servicio de limpieza y las que entregan la comida a los pacientes siempre con una sonrisa. Conocí este hospital por recomendación de una amiga que se ha operado aqui y también está muy satisfecha con los resultados de su cirugia... dicho sea de paso, mi amiga ha sido mi acompañante durante esta agradable experiencia en este lugar. Am fost foarte mulțumită cu toate serviciile oferite de Erdem. Totul s-a desfășurat conform planului făcut cu 6 luni înainte și de la distanță. Transportul și cazarea au fost excelente. Serviciile medicale foarte bune, doctorul Kadir Tasasiz a înțeles exact ce mi-am dorit și mi-a îndeplinit dorința, a fost tot timpul sigur pe el, respectuos și amabil. He was able carefully consult me for the goals I requested while being honest about what can be achieved in regards to aesthetics in my condition. I am very very happy with my result and you will too!
My translator Shohreh Zarrinkolah was great at communicating between the doctors/nurses and myself for my surgeries and consults with the doctors/hotel. She would ensure that I understood all communication and that I was satisfied with my experience. She was patient with me when I would ask many questions and often repeating myself from the nerves.
I did experience some issues with my salesperson who is the first point of contact in relation to communication. Overall I had a very great and satisfying experience.
Canan Traslate was our translator, we couldn’t have asked for better. Overall had a good experience and so happy with final results thanks to Dr. Kadir Tasasiz would highly recommend him and the hospital.
