Nach meiner erfolgreichen Nierentransplantation durfte ich 15 Tage lang eine außergewöhnliche Betreuung voller Respekt, Menschlichkeit und Fürsorge erleben. Il 20/8 siamo andati al pronto soccorso del General Hospital di Vienna per un appendicite acuta di mio figlio. Si sono presi cura di mio figlio in modo tempestivo, in 3 ore avevamo fatto tutti gli esami del caso e avevamo una diagnosi. L' ambulatorio di chirurgia ci ha aiutati in fase di dimissione, covocando un Chirurgo italiano, la Dott.ssa Lupi che ringrazio per la disponibilità e l' aiuto, in un momento delicato per noi. Ringrazio veramente di cuore il team del pronto soccorso e dell' ambulatorio di chirurgia. Grazie ancora.

Mein Freund musste wegen über 2 Wochen hohem Fieber und Darmschmerzen zur Erstversorgung. Es hat schon begonnen als er sich angemeldet hat - Er erklärte seine Symptome und dass er vor 40 Minuten ein Ibuprofen genommen hat. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat 10 Sekunden später Fieber gemessen „37,5 also kein Fieber“. Mein Freund erwähnt Ibuprofen erneut, keine Antwort. Der Arzt hat gestresst gewirkt und gleich eine Infusion angewiesen bevor mein Freund überhaupt alle Symptome schildern konnte. Mein Freund hatte auch Verdacht auf Mundsoor, worauf der Arzt nicht eingegangen ist und wollte ihm ein Medikament gegen Durchfall verschreiben, welches man bei Fieber nicht nehmen soll. Auf der Notfallambulanz danach waren alle Ärzte sehr unfreundlich, sonst hat aber alles gepasst, man merkte nur den Mangel an Ärzten und Personal auf der Station deutlich, alles war sehr laut und chaotisch.

Habe mich noch nie in einem Spital so wohl und umsorgt gefühlt. Ich freue mich schon jetzt sie alle spätestens in 10 Jahren wieder zusehen. Bis dahin liebe Grüße! Ich möchte auch die Gelegenheit nutzen und allen Mitarbeitern der Station 6J Danke sagen, die mich in den vergangenen 10 Jahren sehr liebevoll betzreut haben!

Ich besuche jeden Tag mein Mann in der 18C. Stock. Es ist sehr sauber und egal wann ich komme, es wird immer geputzt. Es gibt Menü Plan wo man essen wählen kann für die ganze Woche. Die Portionen sind groß und LT mein Mann schmeckt gut. Die Pflege Personal sind sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Ich werde jetzt nicht extra mein Knochen brechen das ich mich hier einquartieren lasse, aber wenn mit mir etwas passieren würde, würde ich gern in der AKH behandelt werden. Übrigens Besuchszeiten sind ab 14.00 Uhr, ich bin aber oft 12.30 schon da und keine sagt was, die Personal grüßt einfach freundlich.

Ich habe mir den Arm verletzt und alle drei Nachuntersuchungen im AKH durchführen lassen. Die Behandlung war jedes Mal sehr effizient, die Wartezeiten waren kurz. Die Ärzte sind nicht nur sehr professionell und aufmerksam, sondern auch freundlich und humorvoll, was die Stimmung deutlich erleichtert. Das Krankenhaus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich – sogar die Toiletten sind geruchsfrei und gepflegt. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und dankbar für das gesamte Team des AKH!
