Round House

I spent 3 days as an inpatient at this hospital. The medical care provided by both doctors and nurses was excellent – they really helped me recover and get back on my feet. Unfortunately, the food was far from tasty, but given my condition, eating wasn’t really a priority anyway. I was diagnosed with the Rota virus, possibly due to food poisoning. The hospital is in the premium price range, so it’s quite expensive, but luckily my insurance covered the costs.

I went to see Dr. Apasri for treatment of a round, coin-sized rash. She gave excellent advice, and now the rash is completely gone. I'm so happy, especially after struggling with it for over a year despite seeking treatment elsewhere. The nurses were also very kind and provided great service.

I was in an accident in Thailand and needed emergency total hip replacement. I’m an American and have had surgeries in the best American hospitals. The care I received at Bangkok Hospital surpassed the great care I had in America. State of the art Johnson and Johnson made in USA titanium devices and latest surgical technology and Physical Therapy that exceeded my hopes resulted in a complete success and quick recovery with minimal post surgery pain! What was most impressive however is the Thai culture and how their cultural values ingrain them with a desire to help the less fortunate and those in need. . All of the staff from every department treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. They were focused on me and my needs first. I felt as if I was in the arms of loving family members. Absolutely could not have been better. There is nothing I can point to that could have been improved. I can summarize in two words. THE BEST!!!

Alan’s Travels

Without any doubt the best hospital I have ever been to anywhere in the world, the rooms are as good as a five star hotel, all the staff are so friendly and most speak absolutely perfect English, I've seen the cleaners clean the room a d my god it's next level how detailed they clean, unfortunately my insurance didn't cover me because I've been here more than 60 days and the price is a bit more than other hospitals but I'm quite happy to pay extra knowing all of the above and that I'm getting the best care I could possibly get. I'm a tourist now but I have lived in phuket from 2013 to 2021 and many times I've heard the same, never a complaint. Massive thanks to my doctor Songrit Kamolmarttayakul and his wonderful team of nurses and staff 🙏 I would highly recommend going there if you want the best care. I would also recommend having good travel insurance as I learned the hard way!!

Got a big cut in a muay thai fight and went to Bangkok international hospital. Everything was great, doctor had no empathy and was an absolute legend. When i told him i wanted him to glue it instead ofnstitches he answered with "can fight, can stitches..." Absolute boss, i recommend this place, was clean and the people speak english and know what they are talking about. Ill be back 👍🏻

I was admitted to the 7A ward for 5 nights after a compound fracture in my left ankle. I was looked after here with boundless patience and utmost care. I am so grateful for the support and love I received here on my recovery journey. The staff unfailing showed up, always with a smile, everytime I pressed my distress button and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and it was always on my terms. My surgeon Dr. Thanawat and his team did an excellent job in putting my ankle back together and preparing me for my recovery. I am extremely satisfied, moreover grateful, to have had the opportunity and access to this fantastic team and wish them the very best in the future.

This hospital certainly deserves five stars. From the time we arrived (1:00 pm) to the time we left (3:00 pm) all I saw was great courteous service. The hospital is very clean and beautiful inside and out. Dr. Tanawat Fongsri and his nurses were very professional and nice. The staff guide you through the rooms so there’s no reason for you to get lost. After taking us to the doctor’s office we were taken to X-ray department and then back for doctor’s review of X-ray which didn’t take more than five minutes. Once we received doctor’s diagnostic we were guided to the payment reception area. They dealt with our out of country insurance and once all that was done we went to the pharmacy area which was easy and quick. The entire visit, X-ray, and meds costed 6600THB. We had a great experience with this hospital and we recommend it to anyone in need of care. Thank you Doctor Fongsri, Staff, and Bangkok Hospital 🙏

Bangkok hospital Phuket is a gold standard for healthcare in my opinion. I'm a tourist, 62 years old with asthma. I tested positive for COVID 3 days after I arrived. In spite of my daily asthma medications, the COVID impacted my asthma which resulted in shortness of breath and coughing spasms. I went to the hospital for prescription cough syrup, prednisone and other meds for someone with my health profile. I waited no more than 5 minutes. It's a beautiful, modern hospital with professionals that seem to have a lot of pride in their jobs. The doctor came out and saw me in the waiting room. I had the prescriptions I needed within 15 minutes of arrival. I felt like I was cared for. I will always be grateful to them. Prior to my visit I was starting to get quite anxious about my declining health. 24 hours later I'm resting in my hotel room, confident that I will be going home. I will always be grateful to the staff. I'm from the US and our health care system could certainly learn a lot from the professionalism and the customer service from these health care professionals.
