I went to Hairsmith clinic in July 2024. Right now is a bit over 6 months and I thought of writing about my experience. First, I need to say that I am extremely satisfied with the service and the results. The clinic is extremely clean, people are very welcoming, and when it's time to conduct the procedure, very comforting. I came in, they right away did a covid and HIV test. At first I was wondering why, but then I figured, what if you have covid and get fever a few days later, your surgery is wasted. It seems like a small thing, but all the small details for a successful surgery are considered. A friend of mine got his hair done in a different clinic in Bangkok and they didn't do any tests, more like you come here and off you go and no service after.
During the procedure, they asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen to. Then they proceeded to extracting the follicles. which was painless and done really well. I got 3.000 graphs, so it lasted about 6 hours. They took all the time necessary to make sure the surgery was successful.
What I like the most - besides the results, is the after procedure service. I'm someone who worries a lot naturally and I had so many questions after the surgery. Nothing important, just me worrying I guess. I was assigned the same person to follow me for one year and every single time I have a question she will answer patiently, and if she doesn't know, she will ask Dr. Prima.
So overall, if was really a great experience. My results now are really good, love it! The hairline is so natural and the density has started to pick up. I have already recommended them to a few of my friends.
