I want to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care I received during my recent surgery at your hospital. The doctors, nurses, and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They explained everything clearly, even though I had a few questions about the procedure. I’m grateful for their support, especially after the anesthesia left me disoriented. The translation services were excellent making it easy to understand.
Despite the modest decor, the hospital felt professional and clean. The dietary arrangements were thoughtful. It would be better if I could opt out of some of the items like milk or dessert so that I can avoid wasting food.
Thank you to all the staff at Yanhee Hospital. I hope you continue providing excellent service to more patients in need.
Little suggestion: the power socket can be set close to the bed for easy charging when using the phone or iPad in bed.
The Doctor is excellent, the nurses and all staff take great care of the patient before and after surgery and pay attention to clarifying all the required information as well as the medication needed for the patient. They took care of the patient’s cleanliness and also the quality of the food. Everything was wonderful. Thank you everyone.

I have been treated in an exceptional way and with kindness and respect by the surgeon and all the surgical and nursing staff at this beautiful hospital, and I am looking forward to coming back to complete my surgery as required. I am extremely happy with all the help and any assistance I requested from all employees at the Yanhee Hospital Bangkok.
The process for booking my surgery was so simple and done entirely through email. On the day of surgery, everything ran so smoothly. I had no issues with communication with any staff. Post-surgery, I received the best treatment and service I have ever had in a healthcare setting. My vitals were taken every few hours, medication was brought to my bedside, and glasses of water were always at hand. The private room was spacious and felt like a hotel. They stored my luggage safely and then brought it to me post-surgery. They clearly explained post-op instructions, gave me medications to take with me, and let me leave the hotel at my own pace. I definitely recommend Yanhee and may return again in the future.
