Ekip gerçekden profesyonel. dr mehmet erdogan ön sac çizgimin belirlenmesi ve kanal açilimini bizzat kendisi yapdı ve şu ana kadar kı süreçden cok memnum kaldım. Dr mehmet erdogan ve dr Mehmet Ziroglu. gerçekden işlerini profesyonelce ve severek yapdıkları çok belli çok teşekür ediyorum 5 yıldıızı fazlası ile hak ediyolar...bu iki hocaya profesyonelliklerinin harici insani ve beyfendi yönleri içinde ayrica teşekür ediyorum.
Nach langer Recherche, Vergleich mehrerer Kliniken und Infos von Freunden die eine Transplantation hinter sich haben, habe ich mich für Smile Hair Clinic entschieden. Vorweg kann ich nur sagen ich bin sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit dieser Entscheidung bin.
Mir wurde sehr spontan und kurzfristig ein Termin ermöglicht aufgrund einer Absage eines anderen Patienten. Da ich eh im Urlaub war benötigte ich keine Unterkunft oder Flug somit vielen diese Kosten für mich auch nicht an. Die anfängliche Skepsis und Nervosität hat sich beim ersten Gespräch mit Dr. Mehmet Erdoğan sofort gelegt. Es wird wenn nötig in mehreren Sprachen gesprochen wenn nötig. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner der für alle fragen immer für einen da ist. Die ganze Begleitung des Eingriffs macht von Anfang bis Ende einen sehr professionellen Eindruck. Alles wirkt routiniert und die Abläufe wirken sehr gekonnt. Auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter vom Empfang bis Assistenzarzt sind sehr professionell und wissen wie mit Patienten umzugehen ist um ihre Nervosität zu nehmen. Ich habe nun ca. 3,5 Monate nach der Op hinter mir und bin mit dem bisherigen Ergebnis sehr sehr zufrieden. In dieser Zeit wurde ich in regelmäßigen Abständen von der Klinik kontaktiert und anhand Fotos beurteilt wie der Zustand der Haare ist. Wenn ich Fragen habe kann ich jederzeit Betreuer über WhatsApp kontaktieren. Das finde ich besonders gut, da sich in der Heilungsphase immer Fragen ergeben. Die transplantierten Haare wachsen nun nach der ersten Phase des Verlustes und das Ergebnis ist mehr als zufriedenstellend.
Ich möchte mich nochmal auf diesem Weg bei Dr. Mehmet Erdoğan und seinem Team Şirin hanım und Ramazan bey ganz herzlich bedanken.
I had my surgery in September 2021 . I couldn’t be happier with the result. After doing lots of research I decided to go with Smile Hair because I had the opportunity to decide which professional would do the procedure. Dr Mehmet Erdogan and the technicians were brilliant. Before the surgery they explained everything I need to know about the whole process. The service was Excellent from the first contact through WhatsApp to airport drop off and follow up. Everything was done with highly professionalism and care . I would highly recommend Smile Hair to everyone looking for a successful outcome in terms of hair transplant. I went to Smile Hair on 10.03.2022 and did a first procedure with Dr. Mehmet Erdogan and his team.
