I cannot begin to explain the exceptional service of Dr Isil’s practice. Before my appointment I was messaging them on WhatsApp with my questions (on their day off) and they gave me all the information I needed. They were so fast to respond. The day of my appointment they went above and beyond- from answering any other concerns, to recommending me a place to get my eyebrows done. I recently had my BA surgery with dr.Işıl. A year ago I had the chance to have a face to face consultation while I was in Istanbul,the consultation went smoothly she was very attentive,caring and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated how she takes her time and doesn’t rush you, also how she was openly talking about the risks and discussed every detail on its own.one year later I went back and had surgery with her, this time I had the chance to meet her team,a very professional one that made sure everything goes as planned,especially miss Shahad who was there from the final consultation till the day I left and whenever I needed anything she was there answering even late at night.As a foreign patient i can say their aftercare is very good, a team with great communication makes a huge diffecence.
