Dr Gokay Bilgin knew exactly what he was doing. He came in, assessed my donor regions, drew my new hairline and made the call for 4100 grafts to cover almost the entire top of my head with a nice, new, low hairline to boot. He and his team of beautiful angels (who worked tirelessly the whole day), were amazing. Dr Bilgin was a great conversationalist and a very nice person. I had a lot of things I wanted to go over with/say to the Doctor prior to the hair transplant being done, but when I saw that Dr Bilgin knew exactly what he was doing, I kept mostly quite because I instantly felt comfortable that I was in the hands of one of the best hair surgeons in Turkey, if not in the entire world. After the technicians had done the extractions and Dr Bilgin was making the incisions in my scalp, I asked him if he was going for coverage or density, and he said both! While I was somewhat sceptical at the time (due to the fact that I had lost a lot of my hair – I’m 58 years old), I now know that he knew precisely what he was doing. I cannot be more thankful towards him than I currently am! I've deliberately waited a long time (8 months today), before doing this review, because I didn't want to put out a great review too soon, only to later be disappointed that things weren’t working out. At this stage however, I cannot be disappointed! When I look in the mirror these days, I can hardly express the amount of gratitude I feel towards Dr Bilgin and his team. I am so happy with my results and will hopefully be going back early in 2025 to have a little more work done on my crown, some temple work, and hopefully a little more lowering/thickening of my hairline. I have also been extremely happy with the after care that I have received, especially from Feyza, who has answered every one of my concerns and inquiries immediately and with great care and concern. He has requested my photos every month. I would recommend Smile Hair clinic to anybody and have already done so.
