Hello, my name is AB. I am 29 years old and I am from NY, USA. My assigned case manager was Meder. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process prior to my arrival. He answered any questions I had, within 24 hours. My surgeon was Dr. Firdavs Ahmedov and team. He was very thorough in my pre-operation consultation, explained the procedure and the availability of the grafts and restructuring. He had a good personality, made jokes to lighten the mood and was very welcoming. The team was also quite professional and were sensitive to ensure that the surgery was as painless as possible. Constantly checking in to see if I was okay. The pre-op and post-op consultations were clear and concise. I knew exactly what I was walking into, prior to beginning, I was explained what the potential end results will look like, and after the surgery, the resources provided by the clinic, both during my wash and the discharge packet, contained all the answers to my questions. (I would like to add, even though everything was outlined, Dr. Ahmedov still kindly took the time to answer these questions for me separately as well). I did not use the hotel and transfer provided by the clinic as I was in Turkey for many days before my surgery with someone else so we were exploring Istanbul and other sight seeing, so I arranged for my stay and transportation myself. The cleanliness of the clinic was reassuring. I did not have any complaints, and overall it seemed hygienic. The staff was helpful, the translators were able to convey and communicate as needed and the food during the lunch break we took mid-surgery was actually quite good. I opted for the kebabs and it did not disappoint. Overall, I am very happy with the surgery and my experience. I am glad I chose Smile hair clinic. This is something that I’ve looked into for quite a while as I have been experiencing hair loss for the better part of the last 6 years and I regret not doing it sooner but I am glad I waited because had I not waited, I would not have heard of Smile hair clinic. I stumbled upon Smile by watching @heybigmike’s podcast “Nightshift” and I followed his journey for a few months and the results seemed quite effective and he seemed happy with it. I then did a bit more research and the reviews and ratings were very pleasing. At this point, I am almost 4 weeks after my surgery, and looking in the mirror, I am already satisfied with the results. I feel like a younger me is looking back at me from the mirror. It is worth making the trip and traveling to Turkey. A hair transplant in the U.S would’ve costed me more than what I paid at Smile. My entire trip for staying in Istanbul for a week, including airfare and the hair transplant, still ended up being cheaper than an operation done here locally. My name is Sky, I'm 29 years old and I am from Jordan. I got a hair transplant at Smile Hair Clinic on the 22nd of March, 2023. A friend of mine did the same operation at Smile in April of last year, and seeing his amazing results over the course of the past year really motivated me to get the procedure done myself. My operation lasted for about 6 hours but it did not feel that long; the crew of nurses were very friendly and there was a television with platforms like Netflix & YouTube, so they had introduced me to different Turkish musical artists throughout the procedure and that kind of took my mind off the worry of the operation. My incisions were carried out by Dr. Firdavs Ahmedov, who was very kind, patient and thorough in explaining what was going to take place throughout the procedure. The nurses finished off the procedure but Dr. Ahmedov came in to check on me often all throughout. After the operation I had lunch at the clinic and was sent back to my hotel. The next day after the operation I was brought back into the clinic along with a few fellow patients from the day before for a head cleanse and to collect the post-operation products. We were shown an instructional video on the correct method to wash one's head for the two weeks following the operation, and we were given a presentation on how to maintain progress for the coming few months. Finally, we were individually sent into a doctor's office for a final post-operational checkup and given the chance to ask any questions we had. All in all, I had a great experience with Smile Hair Clinic; very clean centre, super friendly crew and every part of the experience was very well organised.

I had my hair transplant on March 6, 2023. Before I chose Smile, I researched tons of clinics in Turkey and concluded that smile has consistent great results and reviews. The consult through Whatsapp was great and they responded quickly to my questions. Everything went smoothly from pre-op instructions, airport/clinic transports, hotel stay, and the procedure. The whole staff are very friendly and welcoming. The clinic is super clean and beautiful. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Firdavs Ahmedov performing my hair transplant. Post-op instructions were clear and very easy to understand. After flying back home, the clinic staff does an amazing job of following up with me through WhatsApp and email to see the progress. I am now one-month post op and everything is going well. The journey is exciting and I cannot wait to see the results!

I have been thinking about getting the hair implants for years now, after trying many other options first before making this decision. I have read and educated myself on hair implants and different clinics in Canada first before starting to look abroad. I just came back from Istanbul ,where I did a hair transplant surgery , I chose Smile Hair Clinic , and I enjoyed my experience with them, everyone was nice and so helpful. Mr. Firdavs Ahmedov and his team did an excelent job for me , they made me feel so comfortable and I am glad that I did this with such a great clinic and team. I cannot wait to see the final results. From start to finish my experience with smile hair clinic was excellent..I was not pressured at all into having my hair transplant. I was picked up straight from the airport were some one was waiting for me. My hotel was beautiful. On the day of the transplant I was clearly told what would happen and how many grafts roughly would be taken. I was very happy with the new hairline drawn Dr Firdavs Ahmedov. He was just as excellent as all the other staff there.. I had 4250 grafts taken 3 weeks ago and so far the results look amazing. Looks so natural and I'm so happy..
