As someone with dental anxiety, I usually avoid the dentist. Dr. Fanny and her assistant helped me through the entire visit with patience and support. I got a molar extracted, and it healed quickly without complications. I felt heard and respected every step of the way.
While I had a great experience with my implant procedure, I did experience some unexpected delays between appointments. It seems the clinic can get very busy, especially with international patients. A heads-up on the potential wait time would have been helpful. That said, the care quality was worth the wait.
Dr. Fanny is an outstanding dentist—no complaints there. However, as a first-time visitor to Cancún, I found the clinic’s location a bit difficult to navigate. It would help if they provided clearer directions or more signage from the main road. Once there, though, the service was excellent.
