Dr. Ersin is seriously talented our results turned out even better than we expected! He made us feel totally safe and confident the whole way through, and we always felt like we were in good hands.
A huge shoutout to Osman, our coordinator he was incredible. From the first message, he never pushed or pressured us to book anything, just gave us all the info and let us take our time. He kept in touch regularly and even called a couple of weeks before surgery just to check in, make sure we were feeling good, remind us about meds, and offer support. While we were there, he checked on us constantly, helped with anything we needed (even ordering food!), and just made everything feel easy and stress-free. He really went above and beyond.
When we arrived, everything was already sorted for us, which took a huge weight off our shoulders.
BURAK met us at the hospital, helped us get sorted, and then took us to our hotel. He made sure we were all good and happy before heading off he is such a lovely guy, super helpful and friendly!
Nurse BERRE was an absolute lovely lady She had us laughing all the time and brought so much good energy it made recovery feel way less scary and way more fun we had so many funny laughs together we 💕
And Nurse BUSHRA was the sweetest soul so gentle, patient, and kind during our massages and dressing changes. She made us feel super comfortable and well looked after.
By the time we left, it honestly felt like we’d made a little second family. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and we’d love to visit them again someday without surgery 😅
