Kendisini çok seviyor ve güveniyoruz. Sorunlu hasta hizmetleri nedeniyle, hocam olmasa asla gelmem dediğim hastaneden Merve Nacak hanımın içten yardımseverliği, ilgisi ve problem çözme becerisi sayesinde ilk kez memnun ayrıldım. Prof. Erkan Ünsal gibi ilgisiz bir doktor görmedim. Moral bozucu bir doktor. Sorunumla ilgilenmedi, derdimi anlatamadım, ve sonuç olarak hiç bir şeye varamadık. Gözümün rahatsızlığını abarttığımı söyledi ve çök kötü hastaları olduğunu bu nedenle halime şükretmem gerektiğini söyledi. Tavsiye etmiyorum! Sıfır!
