Dr Donna is extremely unprofessional and does not support her patients. she uses her stereotypes and presumptions to judge the patient and their family without acting like a professional and dealing with the medical emergency. The staff however is very supportive and kind.
I heard about Dr. Robinson, I was thinking about going to the clinic but given the comments I changed my mind, I would never come and see how he treats clients.

Worst doctor I have ever visited in my 42 years of life. I was required to get medical clearance for a position I had been newly appointed to abroad. I booked an appointment with the doctor, and email their administrator instructions from my prospective employers stating what test I was require to undertake. The staff all seemed confused, and with some staff beginning to argue it was my job to perform the medical test??? The doctor made several hurried appearances, and at one point held a stethoscope to my chest for a fraction of a second and then saying you are fine. In hindsight, Dr. Donna Robinson did not perform many of the tests (eyes, hearing etc) , but rather just ticked boxes in the medical examination form. Many of the boxes she ticked stated that I had many serious conditions, after pointing this out to her she replied that she had made a mistake, and re-did it. After receiving the final form I went back to my hotel, after viewing the form again, I noticed that she had still indicated they I had serious condition (which doctor friends of mine stated that it inferred I had a brain tumour). I then rung the practice, and informed them that again the doctor had made a mistake again, the nurse then rung me and refused to accept that the doctor had made a mistake and that the condition the doctor had indicated I had (without testing) was a good thing. After many emails and phone calls, I still did not get any further and I had to throw away the form as it was now useless to me and I would have lost my job if I had sent it in. Subsequently, I visited a doctor in a known hospital who thoroughly performed all tests (many of which had to be repeated e.g. Urine test as it had being performed in accordance with instructions) and accurately recorded the results for a fraction of the price Dr D Robinson had charged. Dr Donna Robinson later admitted that she falsely recorded the condition I had earlier complained off, and partially refunded a fraction of the money but all and all it was a waste of my time and money. Thankfully I was not seriously ill, one could only wonder what the ramifications of visiting her would be in this case.
