I’m happy that Dr. Chokchai gave very specific and straightforward advice in the beginning and I feel that he did a great job on my surgeries. I’m very happy with the results.
The nurses and staff were all very helpful and friendly. I’m very grateful for their help while I’m in the hospital. The room was nice and very clean.
Kay Thi, International Coordinator, was happy to discuss my personal wants for my operations with the surgeon. Always promptly replied with a clear explanation and costs. Excellent service. Praew, the Interpreter, removed the language barrier smoothly and effortlessly with each person I saw at the admission floor. A very empathic, caring, and kind person. Theresa at the level 4 payment counter, is another very empathic, caring, and kind person. I had endless trouble with Mebank. I cannot thank Praew and Theresa for going out of their way to console me and reach a solution. Dr. Chokchai was a very empathic doctor when he became aware that my Mebank could not deliver – pay my hospital account. He had to cancel the operation and reschedule my operation for the following day. Thank you. The doctor explained the procedures clearly to me. He was obviously very experienced as he explained what the markings on my body meant and what would be the expected outcome. Dr. Chokchai visited me every day, except one, and explained bruising and swelling were normal at this stage and improvement in both would be more noticeable from day 4. I took photos daily and could easily see the daily improvement. Excellent care. A kind and caring doctor. Thank you.
International Liaison Staff Jo Ann, Kirsten, Jee – The ladies established and maintained excellent communication between myself and all members of the staff including the doctor. They were very knowledgeable with the procedures I had, explained and reassured me daily during my recovery in the hospital, and what to expect in the coming days, weeks, and months. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything I asked was relayed to the staff and the staff always attended quickly. Thank you ladies.
Nursing staff – excellent and professional care. Kind and gentle. Buzzers answered in seconds and would come to my room quickly. Personal care was excellent. Clean sheets and towels were given as required.
Cleaning and food staff – pleasant and polite. Excellent service. The food was a great selection and delicious.
Staff are more kind, caring, and gentle in Thailand compared to Australia.
My only fault is I found the bed mattress very hard. Maybe a soft covering over the mattress would help. In Australia, all beds have an extra soft mattress cover.
I am glad that I chose Yanhee Hospital for Mastectomy. Dr. Chokchai was kind and explained the surgery in detail. And, nurses were kind and took care of me 24 hours. Meals and appetizers were fresh and delicious. Yanhee Hospital has a systematic procedure. They also have translators. Thus, I have no difficulties. And, my scars are very pretty. I appreciate everything.
I scheduled an arm lift at Yanhee Hospital. During my research, I selected 3 major hospitals in Bangkok. The other two hospitals had very poor communication. Sunny Moreno, with Yanhee, was excellent, very thorough, clear, and gave complete details about the procedure. There was a last-minute schedule change, but Sunny gave me confidence that he was managing it, and I was relieved. The communication before my procedure was excellent. My surgeon Dr. Chokchai was also very clear with me, did a detailed review of my case, and he set realistic expectations for results and recovery. I would also like to commend nurse Dina; she is both kind and efficient.
