Levent Bey’i yirmi yıldır tanırım, bu sürede arada mecburi ara vermeler dışında düzenli terapi yaptığımız uzun yıllar oldu. Ağır bir rahatsızlık olan psikotik bozukluğum var gençlik yıllarımdan beri ve bu süreçte içinde yaşadığım karmaşadan çıkmamda ve çalışma hayatına katılmamda Levent Bey’in payı çoktur. 4-5 yıldır kurumsal bir iş yerinde kalabalık bir ortamda çalışıyorum. Bu o kadar önemli ki benim için… çünkü psikoz, “içe dönüklük bozukluğu” diye anılır hekimlerce ve ruh felci olarak da tasvir edilir. Duygusal, düşünsel ve davranışlarla ilgili önemli kayıplar yaşadığım bu rahatsızlıkta kalabalık bir ortamda çalışmanın zorluğu belki tahmin edilebilir, ama şunu söylemek bile durumumu daha açık hale getirir sanırım- birçok zaman sadece o kalabalık ortamda bulunmak dahi beni zorluyor ve buna rağmen çalışmayı seviyorum. Bunun için diğer birkaç doktorumla beraber Levent beye minnet doluyum.
İnsancıl, sakin, sade, güven veren, müşfik yaklaşımıyla içimde yaşadığım karmaşadan çıkma umudu vermiştir her zaman. Sevgili doktorum Levent Bey’i sıkıntıları olanlara tavsiye ederim.
