Nuestro caso fue una cirugía por cancer de mamá la cual era muy complicada y fue todo un éxito gracias al Dr.Nieto; no cabe duda que es todo un profesional tanto en su trabajo como cirujano como en su persona. I am beyond happy with my choice to go with Dr. Nieto for my Mommy Makeover. I had done a lot of research to find the surgeon with results along the lines that I was envisioning for my body. Following my consultation I knew that Dr. Nieto was the one for me. A little about me: I am a 42yo mom of 2 that has carried significant weight around my mid-section for 20+ years following my first pregnancy and recently had lost 50+ pounds. This is my first experience with plastic surgery. I traveled from Washington State to Cancun in late October and had my surgery on Nov. 4th, 2024. My complaints were loose skin on my tummy, bulging belly from diastasis recti, and saggy/asymmetrical breasts and nipples. My surgery included breast lift with augmentation and areola reduction, tummy tuck with repair of my severe diastasis recti, BBL and BodyTite liposuction. I very much appreciate the care Dr. Nieto takes with patient safety, as well as his ethics in plastic surgery. As a former nurse, this was at the very top of the list of qualities I wanted in a plastic surgeon. I wanted someone that would keep me safe and also works ethically in what they are willing to do to achieve what a patient wants. It is a good sign when you have a surgeon that says "No, I am not willing to do that." I would have gone larger on my implants if he was willing, but he has his limits and I am grateful that he does. If you are looking for very large implants or overly full lip injections, be sure to mention this as it may mean he is not the surgeon for you. What you will get from Dr. Nieto is a proportionate and beautifully sculpted shape. Not only that, he LOVES what he does. You can feel the passion for helping people feel beautiful in their skin. He prioritized procedures appropriately, in my opinion. I also was hoping to get lipo on my arms and thighs but due to my blood loss during surgery he determined it was not safe to proceed with those. He was upfront about this prior to surgery, so it was expected that it might not be accomplished with this surgery. However, I will be returning next year. He has earned my trust for a return visit. The post-op pain management routine Dr. Nieto uses was excellent. There was minor discomfort here and there, but no real pain at the incisions. Gas pain was my only real pain and that had nothing to do with the surgery itself. None of the post-op pain management left me feeling drugged or overly groggy, which I appreciate so that I was aware of my movements and could take care not to over-do it. Very different from post-op pain management I've had in the U.S. and far more effective. I was cleared by Dr. Nieto to come home 17 days after surgery, but I definitely recommend planning for a full 21 days post-op (in addition to the 4 days he requires prior to surgery) to travel back to your country just in case your drains need a few extra days before removal, as mine did. Everyone's healing process has its own timeline, so be ready to make adjustments for that when booking your flights or accommodations. I am now 5 weeks post op (home for 2.5 weeks). While there I saw Dr. Nieto in the office every 2-3 days for post-op check ups and dressing changes. After returning home I've had one zoom meeting with Dr. Nieto for follow up, so far and have another scheduled in a few days. In addition to that, I'm able to ask any questions I have any time by reaching out to Karla at Riviera Institute for Plastic Surgery and she relays questions between Dr. Nieto and I. The support has be amazing and so appreciated! Healing from multiple procedures is a lengthy process, so I will hold on sharing my before and after photos here (yet), but so far I have to say that the results are incredible, both aesthetically and with the improvement in functionality of my abdomen and pelvic floor from the diastasis repair. My shape has changed dramatically from where we started and is absolutely beautiful and feminine. It will only get better as I continue to heal.

My husband had a lower face and neck lift by Dr. Nieto. We can’t say enough wonderful things about him and Karla. Everything went perfect and he looks great. I decided to have a breast lift and liposuction with him in December. You will not be disappointed in choosing him for anything you want done. Hace aprox. 2 meses me realize una cirujía de busto con el Dr. Nieto. Muy carismático, atento, amable y muy profesional con mi cirujia y persona siempre aclarandos mis dudas. Me inspiró la confianza, tranquilidad y seguridad de estaría en buenas manos, estuve en buenas manos, el personal muy amable me cuidaron en todo momento incluso después de mi cirujía el Dr. siguio estando al pendiente de mi recuperación, eso realmente demuestra su profesionalidad se agradece. Sin duda alguna fue la mejor decisión que pude aver tomado elijiendolo, fue la mejor inversión que pude hacer por mi.
