I visited for my father's liver treatment. We are satisfied with the doctor treatment. I would like to recommend this doctor to other patients. When it came to improvement, the billing department was a bit slow because there were only two counters and some people were not properly trained because the waiting time was more in the billing department. They have very less staff compared to the workload, otherwise everything was good and I would like to give a rating of 10/10 to doctor.
I had met the doctor and it was for liver transplantation surgery. I had worst experience in hospital. Unnecessary billing was there. Patient was my uncle. Doctor was fine but problem was hospital management. We were there for 4 days but they charged for 6 days. I asked and had argument with them. They reduced some amount later. Waiting time was more for 6 hours during discharge. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. I am satisfied with the treatment given by the doctor. Waiting time was for 30 minutes when we went initially. My experience was very bad in the billing department.
