I had my surgery in Thailand with Dr Pitchet from Bangkok Plastic Surgery Clinic,i choose 350cc gel under the muscle implants. I did so much research my head spun,i always wanted implants but having them done in australia was out of my price range. All communication was done via email n a date was booked,Dr Pitchet arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and delivered bk to my hotel where i would sleep and be picked up the next morning at 8am for my consultation and surgery. I was nervous about surgery but his team were with me every step of the way from the time i went under until i woke up,my surgery went well and i had no complications,i went bk to the hotel that night with pain meds and was told if i needed to i could call the clinic if i needed anything. I also had a breast lift so i was quiet a bit of pain which thankfully only lasted a week or so. I stayed in thailand 5 days and flew home bk to my family,14 days after surgery i was to have stitches taken out,i went to a dr in cairns my home town who was totally against plastic surgery and women in general he told me to come bk in 3 days and by that time my stitches became infected :( i went to another dr who removed them as soon as he saw them n put me on anti biotics for infection.. Im now 12 wks post opp and never been happier i was a deflated 10B im now a D cup but pushing DD i feel great :) i wish id done it sooner! Updated on 12 Nov 2013: My boobs now feel soft n squishy and i have most of my nipple sensation back. I have been having to much fun shopping for dresses and bathers and bras. Im getting married on dec 31 so just ordered a beautiful halter neck dress so im hoping myboobs will fit in it as was just sized at a DD i was hoping for a full C cup wen i first started my boob journey, but as every dr says every body shape is different so different results. Im so glad i did this Updated on 13 Mar 2014: Everything has been going well. Am bk running surfing etc. Scars are still reddish but looking alot better than they were. Updated on 1 Jul 2014: Almost 12 months behind me. Best thing i ever did. I still get the odd twinge on my left side but over all im a happy girl

Overall, a very positive and pleasant experience! I would definitely consider my surgery a success thus far. Dr Pichet and his team of nurses were very kind and warm. All of them could speak English and were extremely professional and would readily assist me if I needed help. Dr Pichet offered a very competitive price and I am extremely happy and satisfied with my first surgery experience.

Hello, I decided to write a review because RS reviews was really helpful when I was doing my research. I got my BA done at Bangkok Plastic Surgery on Dec 10, 2015. I don't have a definite answer if it was worth it or not because I am still bandaged up and have not seen my new boobs yet! But it was definitely very painful. I got 350cc Mentor, incision is under the breast fold and high profile under the muscle. He said I did not have enough breast tissue to do moderate+ profile. The clinic surprisingly was very clean and everyone was very professional the outside of the clinics was quite questionable at first. I have to agree with other reviews that I did feel a bit rushed at the beginning. Signing paperwork, paying the remainder of the surgery, consultation with Dr. Pichet Rodchareon, and he didn't really have any input as to what size/cc to achieve my end results. I will update everyone as soon as the bandages are off!

After much struggling and contemplating, I finally plucked up courage to go ahead with this procedure. I'm surrounded by people who are not for plastic surgery. So it was a tough decision to make. But I realised that we must never make decisions based on people's approval. So there I was! Dr Pichet has been very prompt in his reply to my emails. I'm aware that reviews on Dr Pichet have been good but there were also some that shared negative experiences. My experience had been a pleasant one. Given i was traveling alone and it was the first time in my life going under the knife. This website has been a great help for my research! Thank you ladies for sharing all your wonderful tips and experiences. The day of Op: As it was my first operation, I was terribly frightened. Nobody held my hand when I was sedated unlike some of the girls who shared their experience. But, it was okay. The next thing I knew, the operation was over! It was like 1 second. I didn't even realised I was asleep. And i was telling the nurses don't do the op first cause i was still conscious. I felt super sore. And i hate the part when i have to sit up, though the bed was automated but my chest felt so heavy. And i imagined them dropping out. After much rest, a nurse accompanied me back to my hotel with the driver. I appreciate this gesture cause I was alone. She sent me all the way to my room. Every bump on the car ride back hurts. By the time i was back at the hotel, it was around 6pm. I ordered room service- steak (protein!). And tried to sleep with my head on 2 stacks of pillow on. It was a difficult night. I woke up on and off. Waking up from the bed HURTS big time! I salute those girls who said it wasn't much of a pain. But hell, it hurts. I whined, groaned and took the longest time trying every morning. This is the part when i wished i hadn't come alone. But each day gets a little better. My stay: 5 Jan to 9 Jan. 5 Jan- op, 6 Jan- appointment and 9 Jan- review before flying off. Each time, there was a smily driver sending me to and fro. Bloated tummy It's true! Like what everyone has shared, my tummy is bloated like a 3 months pregnant lady. Gotta be patient. Even til now at 12th day post-op, it's still less but still bloated. Eat healthy whole food like quinoa, prunes, greek yogurt and meat for protein. Quinoa and prunes help to detox. Shopping at Pratunam On my 3rd day, I actually went to do some light shopping at pratunam. Not the wisest thing to do. But if i continue to stay in the hotel room, i think i will go crazy. Dr pichet also encouraged me to walk around as long as i can. Size: Zero to 300cc I wanted to look natural. Even though i felt i could have chosen something larger but i think 300cc is good enough. Im no longer flat as pancake! =D Back to work Im back to work(office) on the 9th day post op. Walked much slower than usual and still felt the discomfort. So for those of you who are planning when to start working, do make sure to take a few more days leave than me. I stopped painkillers on day 4. That's all for now. Will keep y'all updated again.

I went to Thailand on vacation and thought I could spend some time looking at cosmetic procedures. It was last minute but I wanted to get my areola revised. Heres what I did: - forehead fat transfer - lipo of flanks - areola reduction/revision - arm lipo - blepharoplasty I am only happy with my eyelid surgery. my forehead looks the same, all the fat disappeared and the lipo on my flanks don't look much different. The only thing that improved was my eyelids. Arm lipo was minimal, flanks are still fleshy and whatnot.

To begin with the whole email experience went very well. Brisk replies to emails and although the English was broken I could understand his replies. He knew all the terminology I was conveying to him after the research I had conducted. After a $500 deposit into his Thailand bank account a date was set in Feb '18. I arrived at the airport, I was collected from the airport and taken to a hotel, which I paid for but with which Dr Pichet Rodchareon suggested. The hotel was basic but adequate considering I was using it for recovery purposes. I booked the hotel for 1 week but stayed in Thailand for a further 2 weeks just in case of issues. I had the surgery under anaesthetic and stayed at his surgery in Bangkok to recover from the anaesthetic. The same day I was brought back to the hotel, an overnight stay was offered but I was fine to go back to the hotel. The swelling over the next few days was pretty severe, like going a few rounds with Mike Tyson. The swelling did not phase me as I knew it could be bad. 5 Days later I got the packing out from my nose and I was shown my nose for the first time. It was squint and huge but I did not panic as I had read the nose takes 3-6 months for full recovery. Although huge, which shocked me, the nose looked very flat to me on the bridge, the tip looked better too. I was moderately happy After 2 weeks I did however contact Dr Pichet to say that my nose did not look right to me and that i was worried. He mentioned that due to tissue swelling things looked out of place. So I accepted that and waited for the recovery. As the swelling subsided I gradually started to notice things which I was not happy about and which were now showing me that the surgery was unsuccessful. I had gone for a rhinoplasty and tippoplasty. I asked for a nose reduction and reshaping, this included smoothing a small hump on the bridge of my nose but more importantly reshape the tip which I did not like at all for years. Now over 5 months down the line I am certain the result is not successful. My nose is not straight from the front view, it is evident the tip points to one side and one nostril is much higher than the other side. In addition where the bump was I now have an indentation, looks like someone has hit me with a hammer precisely where the hump was. The tip looked better when it was done but over the months it started to slightly dip down again, a big mistake. It's like I now have the opposite problem from a bump, a big dent and the bone is a mess. From the profile view the bone is terrible, it is bumpy/ uneven and the tip if thick. My nose is slightly smaller and the shape is different but it is very far from what I would call a satisfactory job. I have no idea what surgical tools were used but I am 100% convinced he is either negligent, incapable or does not have the professional tools for the job or else I would not have these problems/ visual mistakes. So in summary my nose was too big, the tip was pointy and slightly arched down and I had a bump on the bridge. Now my nose is slightly smaller but I have a very thick bridge and wider on one side, the tip points off at an angle and I have a dent like someone has hit my nose hard with a hammer. The bone is terribly bumpy and easy to see its wrong. I do not know what to say to people now if they ever ask me what happened. It has got steadily worse over the last 2 months. I email Dr Pichet his work very recently and he offered a correction. No chance!! I will now need to consider whether to go for further corrective surgery somewhere else. This is a huge operation to undergo and not so sure I want to try it again. I will upload the photos to show you the results. Make your own mind up. Do not be fooled by this Dr's brisk emails and responses, when it comes to Rhinoplasty take a look at my nose and ask yourself is this good work? The answer is an obvious NO! in my opinion. I am devastated to take such time off my work to undergo this botched up job. Updated on 31 Jul 2018: Photos from before and after recovery Updated on 3 Feb 2019: I am pleased that a year after Butcher Rodchareon destroyed my nose it has been fixed at a further cost of £4500. I have very little swelling and the bruising is 100 times better than the butcher Rodchareon managed to do. The UK Dr said the work carried out by Rodchareon was so poor he could not believe his eyes. Avoid this cowboy, he has no business being in plastic surgery. I am so angry right now that I trusted this amateur.

Hat fat transfer for flat butt. Now still have flat butt. Fat injected too low and dropping by the day. My Butt looks worse than it did prior to fat transfer. I have to live in a butt bra to lift it up. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

Please please do not go to BPS Dr Pichet. My 2 friends and I went to him for Lipo, fat transfers and lift/Aug because he was cheaper then the other options in Bangkok and also had very good reviews online. Worst mistake of our lives! Dr Pitchet is probably great at the basic BA surgery but that is where it ends. He is unskilled and uncaring. I am seriously concerned that he is not a registered surgeon because he is so unskilled. He botched my BA and lift - bottomed out, uneven and huge scaring, he left us all with lumps after Lipo that even after 1 year are still there and the fat transfer has been a nightmare. I found out afterwards that his staff are tasked with searching online forums and posting good reviews on his behalf. Please please don't be fooled like we were. I will be having revised surgery in March 2016 - done by another surgeon. No complaints about the Nurses - they were caring and service was great. No bloods or any health checks done prior to surgery apart from urine.

I decided to get a revision rhinoplasty while I was in Thailand. I hadn't planned on it so I chose Dr. Pichet's office without doing too much research. He was able to get me in and get the procedure done on the same day. A week later when I arrived back home, I took off the tape and realized that my nose is crooked to the side. Furthermore, the implant is way too long, so it reaches beyond the height of my eyes, almost to the eyebrow level. I contacted him and the he said only way to fix it is to fly back to Thailand again asap. I couldn't take another vacation. Also, my wound hasn't healed so I don't want to risk an infection. Thus, I am now stuck with this crookedness and am seeking the advices of local surgeons.

Here is the full story, I brought a photo and shown Dr.Pichet Rodchareon of how do I expect to look like. And a day after the surgery when he took off the tight dressing, I noticed it straight away that something not right because I could pretty much flap my breast around that it went down south like I had a saggy boobs. And his reaction just said that don't worry about it and if I want too, I can have it fix right now without explain it to me what happened or I should just trust him that it would be okay with the tight dressing over 3 months. Which my reaction was trusting him and I was still drowsy from the anasthesia also just got out from a surgery, there is no way I would want to do it straight away. 2 days later I sent a photos to my husband back on our home town still on the tight dressing, which my husband replied was it looks way too small from what we asked for. Then I opened my tight dressing and realized that it is too small from what we asked for. So then I call him and complained about it which he replied with that I chose it, more to blame it on me. Also because my husband weren't there on the initial consultation which was just 5 mins anyway and he hurried me to do the implants asap. I actually still don't mind that the implants bit too small as long as I have boobs, coming from flat chested. 4 days post op, after another checked up and opened the tight dressing again. My sister that came to help me babysit our 2 yo daughter, pointed out that my left breast looks weird and again, he reassured me that everything is fine. But from that on, I got a gut feeling that something not right and researched more, which finally I found out about bottoming out. And tested not to wear the strap for 2 mins, straight away the left boob went below my breast crease and my nipple pointed out. So then I emailed him straight away and asked him to call me on my room hotel, he called me and got angry that I kept contacting him over it. Which undirectly he admitted that he did something wrong but he just won't say it and said don't worry about it that I would get it fix in another 3-6 months with flight and accommodation on my own cost. Since then I couldn't believe on him anymore to get it fix with him if he won't even admit that he did something wrong. So me and husband decided to took it out while I was still in there. Emailed him on 5 days post op and explained the reason why, because I don't want to live with my left boob bottoming out for 3-6 months until we can afford the revision and don't want to have any trouble if I come back home, which we know that it would cost more to fix it back home. And would be happy as long as everything come back to normal. Had explant 6 days post op and the next day when he opened my tight dressing, I noticed that my left breast not same as the right one. I don't have any roundness under anymore like the right one before the surgery. So I asked him about it and all he said it would come back normal after 1 month. 4 weeks after explant, I didn't get any emails whatsoever to ask how am I. So I emailed him because I am still worry about my left still empty on the bottom, also numbness on the bottom half under my nipple. Now my breast not symmetry anymore like before surgery. Confronted him again about it and sent him all the photos that I took but he wouldn't admit it instead used the size issue as why I did the explant and he gave it for free already, which I should be thankful for it. I would be okay if my left boob come back to normal, which what I was hoping for because it was just 6 days that I had the implants and shouldn't strecth my skin that bad. Which I believe he did something wrong to me left one. Until now I still asking him for a refund at least just to compensate me with my left deformed boob. But he never reply anymore. I wants to get it fix, but no way I would go overseas after what happened and want to fix it in here but it would cost me $15000 minimum for it and would put us on debt for it. I seen some of other girls that had a BA with him and have a great result so I wouldn't say don't go or go with him to have a BA. All I would say that there is always a risk something goes wrong even if the surgeon have really lots of good reviews but then again, nobody perfect and this surgeons out there make a mistakes, even it is small percentage. And overseas surgery might save money if everything goes smooth but if something went wrong then it would cost more. Updated on 25 Jan 2015: After 2 months post explant, nothing much change. My left breast still sore to touch, the bottom left breast also numb and sore. As well as my scar. My breast not symmetry anymore consider that I had the implants just for 6 days. I remember too how he made me signed something dodgy to cover his a** if he does something wrong. And wonder any of other surgeons does that too?
