Etiler dünya göz hastanesinde babamı muayene ye gittik,Babamın göz ameliyatı sebebi ile gözünde görmede güçlük olduğunu anlatması için prof. Ümit Aykan bey efendi ye randevu aldıö ve gittik kendi incelemesi sonucu da branşı ile alakalı olmadığını ve retina konusunda uzman bir doktorun görmesi gerektiğini söyledi. Sonrasında asistanlar bizi opr.dr Fevzi akkan a yönlendirme yaptı ve odasında derdimizi anlattık babama kullandığı ilaçları göstermesini söyledi ve içlerinden kulşanacağı ilaçları seçerek bize doğru elleriyle aşağılayıcı bir şekilde iterek bunları bunları kullan dedi.Henüz muayene bitmeden babam bir soru sorarken eliyle işaret ederek diğer hastayı çağırdı...6900 TL ücret alıp bu bey efendi kimsenin yüzüne bakmıyor. Oysa ki bir umut için insanlar doktora gidiyor.Yazık.
Prof. Dr. Ümit Aykan’dan 1 randevumuz vardı. Ameliyatta olduğu için 2 buçuk saat geçmesine rağmen gelmedi. Bu esnada ünvanını dahi bilmediğim, telefon işleri ile uğraşan çalışan kişi bize diyor ki “Şu şu testleri önden alalım beklemeyin doktoru”. Yaptıracağım testleri doktorun vermesini istediğimi söylediğimde de “Ben de anlıyorum bu testlerden, bunları ister doktor sizi görünce” diyor :) Böyle bir hastane işte. Bu arada doktor ne zaman gelecek diye sorulduğunda herkese 1 saat deniyor :) Muayene falan olamadan döndük geldik :)
Gözümde ki ufak bir sorunu hemen halledebildiler sagolsunlar. Dr Ümit Aykan beye sonsuz teşekkürlerimi sunarım . Sağlıkla ve sevgiyle kalın.

Hastanenizde 2 gözümden katarakt ameliyatı oldum, tüm personelinizin, tarafıma gösterdigi ilgi ve hizmetten çok memnun kaldım, ameliyatımı yapan Prof.Dr. Ümit AYKAN hocama , başarılı geçen operasyon sonucu 2 gün içerisinde görmemi düzelttiği ve beni yeniden renklerle kavuşturduğu için teşekkür ediyorum.Hastanenize vermiş olduğum 5 yıldız , sizin bana vermis olduğunuz hizmetin ve sonucunda yasadığım mutluluğun yanında az kalır,
Göz tansiyonumun yüksek olması sebebiyle bir doktor arayışına girmiştim. Hekim bir arkadaşımızın önerisi ile glokom alanında en iyi doktorlardan biri olan Ümit hoca ile tanıştım. Kendisi alanında uzman, oldukça ilgili bir hekim. Beni uzun süre takip etti, yaşadığım sorunla ilgili ayrıntılı bilgi verdi. Eğer Ümit hocaya gitmemiş olsaydım, şuan glokom hastası olmama rağmen ilaç kullanıyor olacaktım.Glokom hastalarına ya da tansiyon yüksekliği sebebiyle glokomdan şüphelenilen her hastaya Ümit hoca ile görüşmelerini tavsiye ederim.
