The surgeon was excellent, a very professional but caring, attentive practitioner. He was very obliging but also gave an honest evaluation of what he thought could improve my look in the most natural, subtle way to keep my original features. Also, patient with me since I was very fearful of surgery prior to this experience. Nurses were generally very caring, clean, and safe environment to recover in the hospital. Surgery and general anesthesia are not something to be taken lightly for aesthetic purposes only but doctors put safety first before anything else and would not agree to any procedure that would run additional risk.
Miss Praew (Coordinator) was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and supported during all my visits. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the nurses and kitchen staff who work tirelessly to make our hospital experience memorable in the best way.
My whole experience was fantastic. Staff were polite, friendly, and professional. My surgeon was lovely. I’m very happy with the results so far (still swollen). The hospital was very clean and modern. The hospital room was huge. I found the bed too hard, but I already suffer from a bad back, so lying on my back was very sore. Food was great, but far too much for me—no complaints. Karen from TCS was amazing and helped me through the whole journey. All in all, a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My experience with Yanhee International Hospital was entirely positive. My first interaction from overseas was with the International Department. Upon my arrival, I was assigned an English interpreter who helped me with the consultation with my surgeon. My surgeon’s bedside manner was excellent. He explained his professional opinion in great detail which demonstrated a great level of expertise and practice. I was then taken to several departments for testing to check my readiness for a complex 6 procedures, 10-hour operation. The staff in each department treated me professionally and with wonderful bedside manner. I can attest that at no point I felt any anxiety or concern about my care. I did not feel rushed and felt I could ask any questions I needed answered. After the operation, my pain management was very thorough. I actually did not experience any pain despite the big procedures. The nursing staff checked on me very often to provide medication, clean dressings, and check on how I was feeling. They were all very caring. I wish I could remember all their names. To my family, I called them my blue angels. The International Department ladies also checked daily if all my needs have been met. They organized everything non-medical.
My surgeon visited daily to see how I was and explained how my body was progressing and how to take care of it until it was completely healed. The catering department ladies were wonderful. The food was not what you expect of hospital food. It was varied (all the colors and vitamins are included) for best recovery. I had access to internet so I could stay in touch with my family back home. As we know operations are out of our comfort, however, I felt completely safe and slept soundly feeling in good hands by the staff.
I would recommend this surgeon and this hospital and nurses very strongly. The level of expertise is equal to what I experienced in Australia and is actually superior to Australia in terms of bedside manners.
I would have no hesitation in returning to this hospital and I’m very happy with the results of my procedures.

I have had an amazing experience with this hospital. I came very nervous about communication and cultural barriers, but every staff member has been so polite and helpful and gave me the best treatment. I appreciate the communication with my doctor; and all of my nurses have been very sweet, gentle, and patient with me. I would gladly recommend this hospital to both natives and international patients.
The doctor is nice and very informative. The nurse is quick to respond and is polite. I am happy to do surgery here although I had no plan at all. But I follow and trust the doctor and the result is good. Next time I will see this doctor again for another surgery.
