To be honest, at first I was wary of everything, apparently, the stereotypes were broken that doctors should be in white coats, that there should be a classic hospital environment of a "mental hospital", that I would certainly be injected with some strong drugs. But the fact that everything is the opposite with you, that you do not have hospital wards, and I come to consultations as if to meetings with old good friends, probably influenced my quick recovery. After flooding several floors from below, I experienced enormous stress (attacks from neighbors, litigation and many other “delights” of such an incident). It got to the point that I returned home several times to check whether I had turned off the water, gas, closed the front door, turned off the iron... I just need to go to a couple of stores and return home, but the feeling of anxiety always got the better of me. In my hometown, the doctors smiled back at me and said: “Calm down! Everything will pass! That's a panacea, isn't it?! And it really interfered with my life!!! Since I have relatives in Israel and am a frequent visitor to this country, I was advised to contact this clinic. Diagnosis: obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Достоинства: Очень внимательные специалисты
Недостатки: Не обнаружил
Долгое время я не мог ездить в метро, летать на самолётах, ездить на поездах. Большую часть времени проводил дома, выходя только при крайней необходимости. Из-за страха, который сковывал меня, мне казалось, что если я зайду в лифт, спущусь в метро или просто выйду на прогулку, то обязательно что-то случится, это чувство доводило меня до паранойи. Два года ездил по всяким клиникам и частным специалистам. К сожалению, это не помогало, пока не обратился в ИсраКлиник. После занятий с Ольгой Добрович и Марком Зевиным я справился со своими страхами и теперь чувствую себя, как заново родившийся человек. Огромное вам спасибо.

Здравствуйте. Мой опыт, конечно, уже стар, но тем и ценен. Сразу к главному – хочу рассказать о том, как и кто мне помог избавиться от алкогольной зависимости. Знаете, ведь не это важно, вернее, важно не это – главное, что мне удалось вернуть любовь и доверие дочери и мужа. И хоть мы все равно расстались, у меня были самые прекрасные, счастливые 10 лет жизни без водки, самогонки и боярышника (
Первые звоночки появились на старших курсах института. После – сумасшедшая любовь к молодому человеку-алкоголику. Получилось так, что не я ему помогла «вылезти из стакана», а сама туда же и влезла. Мы расстались, и я осталась один на один со своей «болячкой».
А после – страшные 11 (!) лет жизни, в которых и замужество, и рождение ребенка, и работа, и любовь – все рассматривалось сквозь призму водки. Это сейчас я точно знаю, что одной ногой уже стояла на дне самого глубокого омута. Видимо, тот, кто наверху, увидел, насколько мне невыносимо плохо, и дал мне не упасть окончательно, а оттолкнуться от этого дна и подняться.
Об этих чувствах, когда ты заходишь в магазин и просто игноришь винно-водочный отдел, когда ты идешь по улице, и вместо пива у тебя в руках фанта или водичка (да-да, так и делала в первое время, хотелось всем продемонстрировать свое негативное отношение к алкоголю) – об этом можно говорить очень-очень долго. И все-таки – милые женщины – она есть. Есть та, другая жизнь, фантастически красивая, счастливая и яркая…
Точно знаю, что при том образе жизни я бы долго не протянула. Страшно представить, что моя дочь могла просто не узнать, какая ее мама – настоящая, вот такая добрая, умная и красивая, потому что в ее памяти я могла бы остаться человеком, не справившимся с водкой. А теперь – к главному. Как произошло это чудо! Сначала к нам (мы жили в небольшом городке республики Б.). приехал психотерапевт – доктор Каут. Этот небольшой мужчинка, похожий на Дени де Вито, за 4 сеанса привел меня в чувство. На сеансы мы ходили с мужем (он сопровождал, конечно, а не лечился). Доктор тогда еще нам посоветовал закрепить результат и пройти качественный реабилитационный курс в клинике, за которую он полностью ручается. Как оказалось, это его партнер, клиника IsraClinic в Израиле. И знаете, я больше не стала на судьбу махать рукой. Мы дождались, когда решатся вопросы с паспортами, созвонились и просто поехали. Не могу сказать, как выглядит клиника сейчас, но уже тогда, 9 лет назад, это был мощный и очень уютный центр с хорошими врачами и атмосферой. А после – 3 недели сеансов психотерапии, гипноза, массажей, витаминов… в общем, я отправлялась с Земли Обетованной обновленной, готовой к другой жизни.
Почему решила рассказать именно сейчас? Знаете, до сих пор, спустя столько лет, мне часто снится самый кошмарный сон – что я снова пью и не знаю, как вернуться домой, не знаю, как появиться в таком виде перед дочерью и мамой. Сегодня ночью проснулась от очередного такого кошмара и поняла, что не просто можно, а нужно делиться с людьми своим опытом. Я не стесняюсь своего прошлого и, наверное, своими переживаниями, своими рассказами могла бы помочь хотя бы одной женщине, которая сегодня, как и я когда-то, опускается на дно того омута. Мне очень помогли с моим пограничным состоянием тут, спасибо большое! После зоны военных действий у меня реально ехала крыша, и мои родные просто не знали, что делать со мной. Дома началась еще фоном и депрессия. В общем, доходило до попыток суицида. В Израклиник прошел комплексное лечение - и когнитивную терапию, и сеансы гипнотерапии, и кучу тестов и многое другое.
