Very serious and professional clinic. After a treatment that had given me some swelling problems, I reported my problem to the facility and I was immediately listened to, followed up and I received very expensive treatments free of charge that solved my problem. I was truly struck by the sense of responsibility and professional seriousness of all the staff. It is not easy to find clinics that follow patients during all phases. Before, during and after. Seeing the world turning upside down I was very worried about the post-treatment phase and instead thank goodness there are still facilities that make professional seriousness their philosophy. My husband got the hangover IV. They came to our hotel and delivered the IV very professional with great care and cleanliness. The nurse was so sweet and kind and brought my husband back to life after a night of partying in Phuket. The booking process was seamless. The team at Siam Clinic are extremely professional and caring!
I had multiple consultations at various popular clinics in Bangkok but many of these clinics didn’t really listen to what I wanted. Instead, they pointed out so many “flaws” I didn’t even know I had with my face. These clinics made suggestions based on how they felt I should look (instead of what I desired). I left feeling pressured, uneasy and self conscious.
The team at Siam were extremely responsive and helpful by chatting with me days leading up to my visit. They sent me information on different options and provided clear pricing, allowing me time to process, compare and understand different treatment options available to me.
On the day, everything was explained very clearly to me throughout each step of the process. The recommendations they made to me were genuine and suited my needs and desired effect.
All the staff were so friendly, gentle during treatment and caring. Thank you Dr Aim, Benze and every single person at the clinic for such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible!! These girls know their stuff. I’ve been getting Botox for 15 years in Aus and this is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Dr Aim is so knowledgeable and worked wonders with areas I didn’t even know could be treated and with results I’m totally thrilled with.
